I'm still giving this place 5 stars. The staff being as nice as they are and the dentist and assistants being as excellent as they are is difficult to be upset. They didn't take my mother's insurance which they didn't ask about when we made the appointment not did I ask so either way. She's wheelchair bound it's very difficult to get her transported anywhere so I wasn't going to leave after we got there. I was lucky to have some of the money for her work and they were very good about us paying the rest at a later time so for that I'm grateful. However, I regret that we won't be going back unless my mom gets different insurance or they start taking her insurance it's very expensive without it.
Everyone was friendly, pleasant and made me feel very comfortable. I always have a satisfying experience when I visit Dental 365. You can tell the staff has your best interest at heart. It’s obvious they want to help and accommodate you as best as they can.
I had a infection in my tooth and could not get in contact with my DR. . So I called Dental 365 and they took me and ck me out gave me meds for infection. Got to say great dentist and great customer service. In case of emergency that is the place to go when you can't contact your Dr. T Thank you.
I am absolutely impressed at how fast they were able to get me in for an emergency for half my tooth broke off. I called and didn't think they'd say come right in. I waited about 10 min and that was because I was filling out paperwork. Everyone was so nice and after taking xrays I thought the tooth would have to be pulled, but she said she could fix it with a root canal and was able to do the first part right away during this visit. I will come back for my temp crown and then permanent one. I am so thankful for their help and how efficient, friendly, and professional everyone in the office.... I would give 100 stars if I could and recommend them with no hesitation. Thank you for fixing my tooth and being so great during my visit.
The front desk staff were very welcoming. The hygienist took excellent care of me, she explained each step to be done today. She was very gentle and absolutely professional. For all the hard work to be conducted in my mouth today, it didn’t caused any pain. Then I met Dr Diamond whom ask the right specific health questions to get to know me before he got started. He examined my mouth and was very articulate to explain what treatment needed.THE DENTAL OFFICE ITSELF WAS VERY CLEAN WHICH MADE ME FEEL VERY COMFORTABLE.
Completely painless experience. Staff, dentist and assistant were extremely attentive to all of my needs. I highly recommend this dental office.
I am always greeted by the friendly staff. They are very courteous and professional. As for my regular cleaning and work that I’ve had done I am very happy with them My hygienist Olga is always very thorough and addresses any questions or concerns I may have. Dr Winberry is very kind and gentle. Overall I give the west Islip dental 365 an A+

Everyone who works at this office are super nice and do everything to keep your nerves at ease. Would highly recommend.
The friendliest ladies at the front desk, and the best dental hygienists! Dentist took his time to explain my situation to me and was happy to answer my questions. The hygienist took her time to take off orthodontal glue left on my teeth from years ago.
