I have anxiety issues at the dentist but felt comfortable and at easy there. They did an amazing job at cleaning my daughters teeth and helping clean up left over glue from her orthodontist office after getting braces. Thank you !

Dental Works put braces on my young daughters front 4 teeth, they are patient and kind and did a great job with her. We had an issue with her wire and we’re able to have same day appointment!

I would give this dental office a zero if I could.  Do not go to this office.  When my kids were 15 and 17, they went in for a free cleaning. They tried to charge $250 each for plaque removal.  I declined and they said they wouldn't do the cleaning then but still billed insurance company for it.  We had to wait another 6 months for a cleaning. Also, my son had a crown put on his tooth 4 years ago. It fell off recently.  He called them and they said they would charge him to put it back on.  They said he had 15 minutes to get there because they were closing. He said he couldn't and went elsewhere who said this was the worst job they had ever seen. He didn't have to pay anything either. Today he got a bill for  $30 for a missed appointment from Dentalworks.  Ridiculous.   They are scammers. Stay away from this office.

As so many others have stated here in the reviews, their billing is terrible. They always misstated billings and we finally gave up and went to a more local dentist and have never had a problem since. We really liked the dentist and hygienist, but the billing issues were just too annoying to ignore. For us, it was like $35 here, $50 there, so we ignored it for several years and then, when they moved, decided to find another dentist. Glad we did as the billing issues stopped immediately.

I have never been treated so well as I was here at DentalWorks in Elgin!  Thank you So Much for everything you have done for me to have brand new teeth in my mouth!  I appreciate it from the bottom of my heart to meet someone very special like yourself, Doctor Davis, and everybody on your team!  You have changed my life and I am grateful!  THANK YOU!! I love visiting Dr. Davis and her team for dental work! Always sensitive to my difficulty having my head low and willing to work with me so we have a compromise that allows me some comfort and allows them to do the necessary work!

This dental office  is a scam. They just took x-rays and didn't do anything else but they told me I need deep cleaning and gave me an estimate for $750.00. I didn't go for that cleanings, Now they sent me bill asking me to pay $100.00 towards x-rays. My insurance covers 100% for x-rays. I  don't recommend this dental works to my family and friends, better find another dentist.

Very friendly. Dr. Davis took the time to explain things and made me feel comfortable!

EDIT: Dental works reached out to me and has resolved my billing issue.  I must commend them for actually wanting to resolve this. Review revised.  ORIGINAL REVIEW: The services I received at Dental works Elgin were fine, but like many other reviews the issue is with their billing. They will continue to send you bills that have already been paid, sometimes years later, claiming that the insurance company did not respond or pay, even though the insurance company has no record of these claims being submitted.
