This place is Terrible every time that I had Work completed I was over Charged. They never want to Refund my Money my Insurance informed me that I was suppose to pay 1261 and they told me it was not there responsibilty to get a pre determination and I had to pay and extra 600 Dollars. also I work was not completed correctly. THE OFFICE manager Tanya attitude was terrible she was not understanding my frustration with and additional $1000 bill.
Extraordinary well trained dentist personnel who provide excellent results. Special thanks to Dr Willis, Dr Shearing and skilled assistants. Cannot overlook the great administrative team.
I had my cleaning with Stephanie and she did a wonderful job. She is very thorough, friendly and has the patient’s best interest in mind.
Honestly this is my 2nd attempt at getting dentures. The 1st time was so traumatic that I ended up toothless and couldn't wear the dentures. I was scared to try again but I recently moved to Georgia and decided to start LOOKING for a dentist. I went to several consultations before I found Dr.Shearin. I walked in and instantly knew I was finally going to get my smile back. The entire staff is amazing. My last appointment was on a Friday, and I was one of his last clients and he stayed over an hour with me, just getting my bite right. I've never felt rushed, misunderstood or even scared. I'm excited each time I go in for my appointment because I'm 1 step closer to having my smile again. I absolutely recommend Dr Shearing and his staff. And I'll post pictures once the teeth are complete to show the process and progress of getting my dentures. 10/10 best experience I've ever had at any dentist office in my life.
I went in to get a crown recemented on Aug 2nd and paid $76. While I was flossing with my water pick, the crown came off! When I called to let them know what happened, they recommended that I go back to who did the crown originally and that I would have to pay $76 again if they recemented it again. She also made a point to say that the crown doesn’t last a lifetime. I had this crown on for years and it never came off until flossing one day and now it comes off in less than 2 weeks! Poor customer service, will be looking for a new dentist!
Daniel was very friendly and knowledgeable with the service he was providing me with, I really enjoyed his conversation looking forward to my next visit.
This office is very unprofessional!! Dahlia ,Angela, and the office manager was rude and disrespectful. They had the nerve to mistreat my mom and kie on her to the providers . I have reported them to the Dental board and the insurance commissioner for fraudulent billing.
Kinsha is the hygienist there and she has cleaned my teeth twice so far and both times have have been a 10/10. She is very kind and gentle and she always gives expectations on what is coming next. Lastly, she is awesome with customer service! Keep up the great work. Dentfirst she is valuable, pay her more than what she is worth!
This is the first dentist office I been to that feels so comfy and at home . Everyone here is so nice and friendly. Also they are all good at what they do and I would definitely recommend to anyone I have been a patient since 2019
