I had a very bad pain in a tooth, I was lucky to have an appointment quickly after explaining the situation to the receptionist, she was very understanding with my request. Dr Bui met me and advised me for the future. I had an appointment 1 week later to extract said tooth, but after 3 days of antibiotics I couldn't take it anymore, so I called back and had an appointment the same day. I had never had a tooth extraction but I would go back to see Dr. Bui anytime, he was able to reassure me by remaining professional and very calm, for me it was important. The receptionists always made me feel welcome when I arrived. I have nothing to say for my part and I will recommend them :

I didn't even have time to be an "official" client when the receptionist threatened me with a $25 fee to postpone an appointment given the day before. She acknowledged that these costs had never been specified to me, but that it would be at the doctor's discretion to apply them or not. Recognize your mistake and be unable to make a decision not to apply unjustified costs? I am flabbergasted at such a lack of customer service. I don't want to go any further, if for a simple first appointment I'm treated like a cash cow, what will it be like next? Doctor Boyer, unfortunately I cannot give an opinion on your services as a dentist, but it is certain that you have improvements to make in your customer service.

I have been visiting this clinic for several years and find the service very professional. All the employees are nice and efficient. I always have a warm welcome when I arrive. I really feel confident with Dr Boyer and Dr Bui. I highly recommend them.

I strongly recommend this clinic, after 12 days of pain and impatience, they really listened and they solved my situation, thank you all.

Doctor Danny Bui, the best dentist! I ask him for repairs without anesthesia, which he manages to do without pain, magicians' fingers! Thanks Danny! Kim M.
