The assistant and dentist were great, but I gave three stars rather than five because of the receptionist. I had called prior to my children's appointment making sure she received everything. I was told everything was good. When I arrived I was handed multiple papers to fill out on a tablet even though these were all filled out prior and emailed, as this has to be done before you can even schedule When asked for my drivers license I let her know I would get it after the appointment. She was very rude and had attitude when asking why I had to fill out papers I already sent in. Also needed Friday appointments only my day off was told that was no issue. When I went to schedule recalls I was told Fridays were for new patients only....... Front office is a HUGE factor for me as this is the person you mainly will have point of contact with. Unfortunately we will not be back.
The hygienist and dentist were great, but I gave four stars rather than five because of the receptionist. I had called the morning of the appointment asking what to expect at the appointment, if there were any costs, or if there was anything I needed to bring. She informed me that it would just be an exam and she didn’t see any charges showing for this visit. Great! When I arrived I signed a form and sat. She called me back to tell me it would be $35 for X-rays. I questioned it because she hadn’t mentioned anything about X-rays on the phone. I offered to have our referring dentist send X-rays that were taken 3 weeks ago but she repeated that they want their own X-rays. At this point I asked to speak with the dentist and the hygienist came out. She was very sweet and understanding of the situation, and contacted our referring dentist to see if they could use those X-rays. Dental work adds up very quickly, and having just had X-rays done, I didn’t want to pay again for a service we just received from the referring dentist if possible. Had the receptionist informed me they were planning to do X-rays when I called the morning of, I could have had them faxed immediately to review, rather than having to wait an extra hour to be seen as they were faxed over during the appointment. Other than that, we were pleased with the cleanliness of the facility and the hygienist was fantastic,
I have had the pleasure of bringing my girls to Dr. Divya since my oldest was 2 years old. Now she’s ten Ana my youngest is eight! The staff is always so cheerful, polite, understanding and they keep you updated every step of the way. From the moment you walk in to check in to the moment you leave, you will have nothing but the best care for you and your child! Thank you D4K for having such a positive impact on my kids dental experience. They love to see you Doc!!
Friendly staff. Listen to concerns, answer every question. Very clean and comfortable in waiting area. Love everything about Dentistry 4 kids. Kids been going for years. Thank you for wonderful service and making my kids feel at ease. Recommend
Dentistry 4 kids was an excellent establishment. The staff were very friendly and helpful in answering all of my questions. The hygienist that cleaned my grandson teeth was polite and compassionate towards him.. The Dentist was very personable and spoke to me with kindness and helped me to understand the plan of treatment and care for my grandson going forward. I am so glad I found this Dentist and was able to get my grandson an appointment.
I took my daughter here for the first time yesterday to get a second opinion! Everyone was very nice. The only issue is the woman at the front desk when checking in is not very friendly at all.
We love dentistry 4 Kidz! We have come here for four years and they are always kind and professional. They have separate rooms for younger kids which I love and they also have a movie playing everyday as well. The kids love going to the dentist and are never afraid because of them!
They were amazing with my boys 10 out of 10 you need to go here with you children they are so good with them
They are quick and fast. Very patient with my 1 year old! Would highly recommend.
My kiddo has been going to Denistry 4 Kidz since he was 1 year old, he is now 6 and they have been AMAZING, every single visit! All of the staff treat the kiddos with respect and they have such a positive environment! I highly, highly recommend Denistry 4 Kidz!!
