Fantastic thorough service with true personal care. Dr. Norton and his staff are so kind and informative and truly offer every aspect of dental care in a comforting environment. I have had to have some procedures that I feared would be painful but they ended up being done with no discomfort at all… They offer great preventative care- and wonderful treatment for issues. They also provide the opportunity for cosmetic procedures but I haven’t had the opportunity to avail myself of that aspect of their care yet. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a great soup to nuts dental care provider!
I love Dentistry at Sugarloaf. The office is clean, modern and pleasant. The office staff is friendly and helpful. My hygienist is super thoughtful and helpful and does a good job. And I love that Dr. Norton has the laser cavity filling and he is always friendly as well. Great dental office.
I am so thankful to have found Dr. Norton and his staff! The office environment is so peaceful and calming. My hygienist, Kate, is kind, gentle, and supportive. Dr. Norton has an excellent "bedside manner", and he seems to really care and be conservative on treatment plans. Also, my experience with laser dentistry has been phenomenal! Any time it is feasible, I prefer the "no shot, no pain" approach! I highly recommend their office.
I have been coming here for 12 years and have never waited a minute beyond my appointment time. Dr Norton is a perfectionist, he’s done a superb job each time I needed work on my teeth. I trust him completely. Everyone in the office is very nice and professional, acting with care for patients.
Love the professionalism here! I've had two cleanings here so far but my husband has been going for years. The staff is courtesy, pleasant and every experience has been warm and welcoming. They have complimentary coffee and other beverages and the ambiance is very relaxing, and therapeutic for a dental office. It kind of feels like a spa. Which helps to reduce the anxiety and fear of getting dental work. Kate is an engaging, gentle and friendly hygienist who's very knowledgeable and helpful as well. Dr. Norton is very thorough and you can see his passion for his patient's dental health. Overall, I highly recommend Dentistry at Sugarloaf!! Last thing, they're also playing the latest and cool movies which helps the time fly by.
I have extreme phobia of the dentist and Dentistry at Sugarloaf is wonderful. Dr. Norton is great. He is very gentle and is always checking to make sure I’m ok during procedures. He uses laser dentistry when possible and it is great…..no need for that stupid needle. Carrie, my hygienist is absolutely wonderful. She is awesome when I get cleanings and will even come check on me when I have had other procedures to make sure I am ok because she knows how scared I get. I highly recommend this dental office!
I have my dental work here they are very professional and friendly! The dentist Mr Norton is very knowledgeable and experienced so his demeanor is low key and he puts you at ease. The dental hygienist are also very good and nice. All the things you want from a dentist practice they excel at. Highly recommended!
All my experiences here have been great! Kate my dental hygienist is the best ! Dr Norton is very knowledgeable and has amazing technology . Great place . I moved here two years ago and know how it is looking for a new dentist you can trust. You can’t go wrong here !
Dr. Norton’a office is the best in Gwinnett. I have lived in Gwinnett for over 25+ yrs and I have got consistently best guidance, service and treatment from Dr. Norton, the hygienists and the front office. They will never oversell or do treatments you dont need. Every other dentist’s office said I would need deep cleaning as if its the default thing to do!, but his office did a good job of cleaning once no deep cleaning and after 6 months next cleaning I had great review for the gums and no cavities!
The staff at Dentistry at Sugarloaf are phenomenal. I can truly say I always look forward to my appointments. My daughter and I are both very pleased. Thanks to Dr. Norton and his entire staff.
