Was really a great office and experience for a first timer. The nurses and doctor were great. I don't know how the other locations are, bit this one was awesome my LO had a great time waiting playing arcade games and the cleaning wasn't bad even though he bit the doc .
Dentistry for Children in McDonough was terrific. My son enjoyed the play options in the lobby waiting area, which had two old school arcade video game machines and a play castle. There is a fish tank which has a calming feel to look at. The staff were friendly, the speed of service was efficient and the overall atmosphere was inviting and professional. My son enjoyed the teeth cleaning and evaluation of the condition of his teeth. He was able to take a prize, get a sticker for the no cavity club, a new tooth brush and toothpaste, and at-shirt with the name of the dentistry on it so next time he can get two prizes. I recommend going to Dentistry for Children. Great overall experience for my son and I.
Dr Brown & staff are amazing! I have always used another dentist for my 3 girls, up until last year. My youngest had an emergency; she needed to be seen the same day. Despite our long relationship with our dentist; they could not better yet would not work in. Dr Browns office did without question. My daughter was scared going to visit, but left calm as ever. Had to go back 3 days later for procedure. She wasn’t even scared for this. They are so kid friendly; they really put the kids at ease. Office is very nice & such a great atmosphere for kids as well. I then decided to change all 3 of my girls to here. Ages 16, 11, 9 It is a lot further drive vs other dentist, but It is worth it. My girls are no longer scared to go to the dentist when going for something other than cleanings. Thank you for your great service!
Everyone was great! Especially the two ladies that took care of my baby, they were both so informative and so kind, I was very impressed and grateful. I wish I would have gotten their name!
Absolutely love this dentist! They had the friendliest front desk staff, the dentist went above and beyond in helping resolve my child’s toothache, and they were very informative about every detail of the visit. My child said this is the nicest dentist she has ever been to! Highly recommend!
Took my two kids here for the first time who aren’t super fond of the dentist and we were in and out. Staff is super friendly. The environment is very welcoming.
Absolutely ridiculous. I have had an appointment set BY THE OFFICE, for Dec 26 for this entire year. All of sudden, 4 days before my appointment, you change it to the 29th with no notice to me, and I’m just out of luck as I have to work and my child has to have a dentist appointment per her school BEFORE this year is up. Never again will I do a chain dentistry, hardly can get a freaking appointment within a reasonable time frame. And then you change my appointment date out of the clear blue sky, and then don’t even accommodate me, when your office is the one that screwed it up? WOW.
Great experience, specifically at the McDonough location. Took great care for my children & the Receptionist at check out is very understanding and helpful. Will continue to be a client of this location. Great job to the Reception team as you are who the customers speak with and have first impressions with! I recommend this location. Had experience with another location nearby & would not recommend.
The inside murals & treehouse for the kids is Top notch! My son was having a good time playing in the waiting area, which was nice. But my overall experience with my visit for my 2 year old was UNDERWHELMING to say the least. For starters, observing the dental assistants and others everyone seems stressed or under pressure. No one seemed happy, ALL of my interactions were less than Friendly or welcoming...it made me uncomfortable . I made my appointment 4 months ago for my 2 year old so that he can have his teeth cleaned. It wasn’t until I got to my appointment that I was informed that he was too young for a cleaning & it would only be an exam& I could choose to have a fluoride rinse for him if I’d like. Had I been informed when I made the appointment that they didn’t clean teeth for 2 year olds I wouldn’t have booked the appointment. So after being called to the back for the “exam” and waiting 15-20 minutes finally the dentist walks up, reads my sons chart - says to me turn him around & have him face you & that’s when i interrupted him with a “WELL HELLO” because he hadn’t greeted me or introduced himself. At that point he acknowledged me with a hello. He spent less than 1 minute with us during this “exam.” He must to have noticed my sour disposition because as I was waiting for the assistant to close out my file he walks up & offers me some free dental cream for my sons teeth. Nice gesture. But too late. First impressions are everything to me & I won’t be returning here.
Hello, I brought my Son here a few days ago. It was our first time at this office. I ABSOLUTELY loved everything about our visit. The office is very clean. Everyone was so kind and professional. Everyone was in a good mood. They did not scare my child or pressure him. They showed him how all of the machines work, and he wasn’t scared at all. Keep in mind, the other dentist offices my child has been to, he was scared, anxious and uncooperative. Just want to thank everyone in this facility. We will see you in a few months, thank you again.
