Im not one to write reviews but this is one time i have to. If you go here for  cleanings  then your fine. But for something major forget it they are Terrible and im being nice. Ill leave like that and i will never go back.

I do not recommend this dentist office at all. This used to be my previous dentist 10yrs ago and after moving back to MA, I decided to re-establish the relationship as a patient there.  I went there with an issue to a previous placed dental implant from a different practice and state where I used to reside. Watching the communication between the front office, dentist, and assistants was like watching a circus show on several occasions. The communication on receiving my previous records to provide proper details was a bit ridiculous...first they had the records and then they did not...which is it? Luckily I would always have the proof on me via email from the previous dentist showing the receipt of records sent every time.  The dentist didn't seem very confident in what he was doing. He ended up scheduling me with the owner of the practice which is fine but when it came to that appointment, the owner just seemed to have the same attitude as if I was an inconvenience since they did not do the original work. Instead, I was told that they would call me as soon as they had the proper tools to do the work.  I gave the practice several opportunities to call me back and the office never returned any phone calls.  I ended up going elsewhere to get help with the situation and at this point was informed by my new dentist that whomever last tampered with the implant ended up damaging the screw which then made it difficult to remove it completely for replacement because it is stripped.  I'd like to thank Dentistry in the Highlands for opening my eyes to what poor service they offer and I'd like to thank them for causing more damage to my implant along with not admitting they made a mistake.  I would definitely recommend Dentistry in the Highlands for the future if you'd like to deal with an office who has staff that is not compassionate, does not return phone calls, and will not take responsibility for their mistake.

Dentistry in the Highlands is AMAZING! I had to reschedule my appointment and they were able to fit me in before end of the year. I'm blessed to have Tori-Ann clean my teeth and leave with a beautiful sparkling smile. She made me feel comfortable in the chair and had a great conversation. See you in 6 months!

Ive only been going to Dentistry in the Highlands for about 3-4 years now but I can't say enough good things about that place. Staff there is amazing, professional and always polite. I was always self conscious about my teeth and dreaded the dentist but they make you feel very comfortable. Justine and Julie are great!!

Ive been going here for years now. The staff is very friendly and very knowledgeable the building is always spotless and i always leave feeling 100x better

Life changing! I had real bad cavities on the front four of my teeth but because of this place they were able to fill the cavities and fix all the rotting brown spots. I forgot the doctors name when I get his name I will edit this review but he was amazing and he took his time and really made sure that my teeth looked good. As soon as I saw my teeth after they were fixed I instantly started crying from happiness. Now I can finally live my life without trying to hide my smile.

Justine, what a great employee! I get anxious when i get my teeth cleaned, but not with her! Shes super friendly and nice, will answer all of your questions and most importantly will make your teeth sparkle:

I have been a patient for over a decade, and despite moving out of Fall River 7 years ago have purposely not changed to a different dentistry practice. The office is extremely clean and comfortable, appointments have minimal waiting time if any at all!, and the staff is absolutely outstanding! They are patient, sensitive, professional, knowledgeable, experienced...I could not ask for more. The collective staff makes the experience of going to the dentist as enjoyable as it can be. I've had several cleanings with hygienist Toni-Ann Parsons, she is very gentle and I specifically request her. Over the years, I've met with Dr. Izedian and Dr. Do, they're both great. Today I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Helga Idrizi, she too was wonderful. Dental assistant Lorraine is super experienced and very pleasant also!

Justine and the staff are all very nice to work with, Very pleasant experiences every time I’ve had an appointment. I had 2 deep cleanings a week apart and Justine made sure to let me know exactly what she was going to be doing as she was working on the each deep cleaning. I felt very comfortable and will definitely be doing all of my dental work with Dentistry In The Highlands.
