Denton Cottier and Daniels

Jim Jr. and Raymond are fabulous!! The staff at Denton Cottier & Daniels were more than willing to assist with our needs and are so very kind! We brought in a piano that wasn't working properly and Jim Jr. worked his magic and now it is as good as new! When we went back to pick it up Raymond was super to play a few notes for us to hear the true capability of the piano. We are over the moon grateful for your assistance and help. My children are so thrilled to begin to take piano lessons and hopefully one day sound as wonderful as Raymond did on our piano! Many Thanks!!

I had some service questions for my Rodgers organ and called and texted the serviceman about 5 times and never received a response. I had to contact the sales department to find out that the serviceman would not answer any questions unless I set up a servicing appointment. I live over an hour away, and it would have been ridiculous of me to set up an in-person appointment just to answer a couple questions. How is this good customer service? It's also simply impolite to completely ignore a customer's calls or messages.

They have a wonderful amount of varied types of pianos to purchase. It's so hard to decide, when they all sound so good! And it's such a nice venue to attend piano competition events!

I am so glad that I went here! I was there to schedule a piano tuning...but had the most amazing educational experience with Mr. Ray Weldy. Stop in and see Ray and the great team Denton Cottier & Daniels...it's worth it!!!

I'm so happy that we now have a Kawai dealer. And soon Bechstein. I had a nice hour playing some wonderful instruments. If you are at all considering a piano, you need to get there.
