They do their best to keep it clean. The staff is not friendly at all. Bathroom is atrocious! From my experience, you get a job at Tulsa Transit a bad attitude comes along with it when dealing with the public. If you have a service dog it's like you're committing felony. They have changed all the routes do the buses 2 we're not even the drivers can tell you where the buses are going! Apparently they got a new superintendent of Tulsa Transit and he is trying to make his mark very.. and you can no longer hold your arm up and flag of us down as you walking down the street. When you get on the bus and you must have a stated destination, if the bus driver ask where you're going but you cannot get sex somewhere on Memorial or Peoria. You have to give it to the people of Tulsa, they keep their chin up and endure.
Currently my vehicle broke down which put me an my kids an this arrow bus today an I will say I am disappointed an works can't explain the rudeness coming from this bus driver... She looks soft an sweet wen u first approach the bus and then she turns into this bitter disgusting old tag with an attitude in front of my children
This is a horrible bus station it’s dirty and the bus driver are rude I currently try to catch the 490 south bus on a Saturday going to work and the bus drive drove right pass me and I was standing at a bus stop and waved the bus down now I’m late to work cause there poor community of bus driver it’s ridiculous!
They have new seating arrangements inside now and it's all fixed up to keep everyone safe and healthy you must wear a mask when on the property and riding on the city buses At All Times can't eat on the bus must do that off the bus cause of the COVID-19 situations.
Tulsa has very good Bus service, going back to work in downtown Tulsa it's a BLAST I have not had this much fun in quite a while. Getting up early to catch the bus brings back a lot of memories of 1978 good memories good times. The Bus is always on time just adjust your schedule to get to work on time, WORK HARD AND BE NICE TO PEOPLE it's that simple to be happy. CHOW O.G.OUT
I'm here at the Tulsa transit station and it's 32° there are about 9 people behind me waiting on bus #114 The bus arrives 15 minutes earlier than it leaves, now I understand that you have to take a break But why not allow people on the bus, the people who their use of the bus system depends on you having a job..how about a little consideration..how about some kindness..what about the health and safety of all?. Including yourself..If there are 12 coughing"customers" do you think this thin mask or that shield over your driving area will protect your health, what if one of your loved ones come in contact with a customer who is Ill because you or another employee has allowed people to stand in the cold, when you could have done your part to keep everyone safe..Am I my brother keeper?...In times like these...We all should be....
The lady at the help desk is always friendly and helpful, as are most of the drivers. The depot gets a little chaotic at times, but I've always been able to find my bus on time! I sure saves a bunch of money in cab fare and mass transit is much better for the environment!
There is no since of customer service. When a bus pulls up at the station at the same time another bus pulls up at the station the bus doesn't wait to see if someone wants to get on their bus. I've had to wait 30-45 minutes for the next bus when I could have caught it if they would have waited a little longer.
I only goes there to get on a different city and when i do talk to different people that works there some of them are nice and some of them are mean
Wouldn't recommend after dark. Tweekers & drunks hang around; mind your own business and don't wander about.
