Tatum was very professional and transparent throughout the whole loan process. She was very responsive and very helpful. I was able to close on my loan quicker than I expected, would definitely recommend Zing for a loan.
The people I spoke to were very helpful. The changes with zing caused me log in issues and caused my account to become dormant. It took 3 calls, 1 of which I was on hold for 30 minutes to speak to a customer service rep, and about 1.5 hours on phone to get my online account set up. There doesn't seem to be a way to make changes to my CD choice online. I'm now going to have to call again. Bummer.
Long hold time to talk to someone. Rude customer service. You can't update your account info without calling them. No reason to bank here unless it's close to home. There have to be better options. Update: I was contacted by a Zing rep. So after 15 years banking with this banking institution, the only way that I was heard was by posting a negative review. Nice. That about sums this place up.
Heath was straight to the point and got me what I needed fast and efficiently. Great customer service and very knowledgeable. So far zing credit union has been great!
Zing Credit Union is full of helpful, kind and caring customer service individuals. I always have a positive experience when I call and need assistance. It is nice to know, that customer service is alive and well still. Thanks Tara, for bring so kind and helpful.
I have tried to be extremely patient, and understanding with this credit union but Zing no longer fits my needs nor my views that I would like my credit union to have. Through this last year, there has been no understanding, no help, and no resolutions without me having to reach out and basically make a huge deal about it. At this point I would be better off with my account at a credit union that works towards bettering their members and working with this. I am so beyond dissapointed, let down and hurt as this was my first credit union. I will not allow my credit union to take from me any longer. I have paid an IMMENSE amount of fees and put money in Zings pocket and it baffles me that you guys can never do anything to help. I will also be posting this on the reviews on the website and on google. One of the WORST credit unions in colorado.
I have been a Zing Credit Union member for 15+ years and have been very happy with them. They are always friendly & helpful and always are able to help me with my financial needs and at payments that work for my budget.
Just took care of a financial matter, however few things I need to comments: 1. Zing Credit Union is a great Financial Institution that I have been a member of for a very long time. 2. Amanda, the banker who assisted me, is simply a great person and I have a pleasant experience working with her. Both are highly recommended!
Has seriously gone downhill in customer service since the rebranding. Rarely answers or returns calls, mostly refers you back to the poorly designed app. Closed their main branch indefinitely and expects people to ignore safety and walk up to the drive through if they need to make a deposit or withdrawal mobile check deposit rarely works. At this point, they are no better than those mobile financial apps like Chime or PayPal… and quite frankly, less experienced with the technology
Great Experience! Lawrence was extremely helpful. He made the process very easy, fast and stress free. I received my loan within 48 hours. I would highly recommend working with Lawrence at Zing:
