Took my two children here today to get flu and covid shots. The staff appeared to be very under trained not even filling out the covid cards correctly as well as not know which shot went into which arm or leg. I also showed up 20 min ahead of time as they asked and they took 5 groups who came after us before me. Our scheduled time ran 45min late and this was for a 8:30 am appointment. Will not be returning.
I went in for my prenatal appointment they were so disorganized. They had the wrong file. When I seen the doctor Claire M Coughlan she didn’t want to hear my problems or ever answer any of the questions I had for her. She was also supposed to make me a referral to an ultrasound due to issues with my pregnancy and never even made it. I will definitely never do back there
I used to work here and the staff was nice and friendly, when any patient needed in because they were sick they tried to fit them in so the could get seen. Now I tried to make an appointment for my husband twice that he was sick only to call and get there jo appointments for a month, within seconds of me asking, I’m sure she didn’t even look. I asked and it no answer. The only way to get an app when sick is to go to urgent care where they make more money off the appointments. I understand there are a lot of patients and little doctors and most are working short staffed. But how you communicate things to patients says a lot about the office. Even though I don’t work there Dr. Holligan is awesome and my husband and I didn’t want to find a new dr. But the fact the front staff won’t even talk and try to get a sick patient is is making us have to go elsewhere.
Spent over an hour waiting for someone to pickup the phone mid morning to schedule an appointment! Giving up as I can’t spend all day on hold!! HOW does no secretary pickup the phone in over an hour?!?! This place is a JOKE!! You can tell how little they care about patients, just look at all the generic responses they give to their customers feedback. They do not care about you! They will waste your time!!! Do not give them your business!! If they do indeed have a secretary he / she deserves to be fired. I’m not the only one in the reviews complaining about them not answering. Although it’s probably better they didn’t answer since SO MANY reviews say they make you wait for HOURS when you have an appointment. What a laughable excuse of a healthcare center. They will never get my business and I’ll be sure to tell as many people as I can to avoid this place!!!
I only go to pick up my medicine but the pharmacy people are sweet. I don't mind waiting in line.
Tried to figure out why my wic benefits weren’t working and it took an hour of waiting time just so they could hang up on me while I was still on hold
My appointment was 3:30 and I’m barley leaving at 5:30..for a check up and blood work…they almost forgot to draw my blood until I reminded them..the lady at the blood draw was rude treating me like if I’m the reason she’s having an bad day. The doctor wouldn’t even let me finish a sentence…felt very rushed and made me wait for so long for the next person!
This clinic does not have a friendly staff and Dr. Peralta and the nurse seem not have much experience with young or difficult toddlers. The Doctor or nurse were not friendly and seemed annoyed with my son. Although they recommended solutions for my son I will not go go back and continue making appointment for my son at Sandos west side clinic.
Since my review was deleted, I will write again. If I could give 0 stars to this place, I would. By far the WORST staff for prenatal care. They do not care about you. I was asked if I was a “racist” because I requested a new doctor since I wasn’t being treated the nicest by my doctor. I’ve waited 1 hour plus to be seen by the new doctor only to be rushed & not feeling like she cares either. Was on her phone most of the time. Dr. Dittman was her name. I had gotten blood work done also, was poked 3 times & was not apologized to once, about her mess ups. Didn’t even show any kind of sympathy asking if I was okay. By far the worst prenatal care i will never return to Denver health.
I went here for a dentist appointment. The doctors were nice. But I hate how you have to keep booking new appointments over and over, because you can't have a dental check up all in 1 day. If you are a person who wants to finish everything all in one day, I don't recommend this clinic to you.
