Alan took great care of us. We stopped at Denver Mattress then shopped around and visited 5 stores total but came back to Denver Mattress as our best option. We picked up a Doctor's Choice Cal King and set up delivery and pick up of our old mattress and box spring. Super easy to set up and the floor model we tried was the best option we found looking all day and was more affordable than other lesser options we saw at other stores. 5 stars for sure. Thanks!
Very easy shopping experience. I had researched mattresses prior to visiting the store. They had the items we wanted to try and it was easy to narrow down our choices. Excellent sales help from Allan, and we were finished in short order.
Chris Carbino was great! Very informative and patient. He took time to explain the features and benefits of each bed… I tried them all!! Very patient and never rushed me in my decision making. I would have not bought the bed today if it wasn’t for Chris. I was only going to try a few out and then shop around. Thank you Chris for your patience and superior guidance in making a decision!
I brought my pillow into the store today and planned to test beds for an unlimited amount of time.. The sales people were very helpful, gave me lots of information and politely left me alone to test the mattress on my own for as long as I wanted. They have a good selection besides their own mattress which made my choice difficult! I tried another store but will go back to Denver Mattress. Thanks for your help and patience Alan!!
Alan was great to work with. Super informative, personable and not pushy at all. My wife and I visited 4 other mattress stores in the area and Denver Mattress was the first one, at the end it was an easy choice to go back there to make our final purchase. The Doctors Choice mattresses were unique to their store and we fell in love with the Elite pillow top mattress, for us it was a stand out compared to all the other mattresses we tried. They offer an affordable delivery and setup option that we took advantage of. Day of delivery they showed up within their 2 hour window, were very professional and friendly, got the job done quickly. We’ve had our bed a week now and absolutely love it! Thank you Denver Mattress Company!
Lucas Crawley was so helpful when my husband and I visited to buy a new mattress. He explained all of the options, asked us our preferences, and helped us find a mattress that would be the perfect fit for us. He answered all of our questions and was so friendly and communicative! Came into store today because we just moved into a new home and needed 3 new beds. Michael L. was super helpful and knowledgeable and helped us to get exactly what we needed without being pushy. We are super happy with our purchases and Michael even made sure we got the best deal available for the beds and the frames and all the extras like sheets and pillows! We were able to get exactly what we needed and wanted and with Michael's help we will have our new beds by this weekend, so we are so happy that we came into the store today and so very happy and thankful that Michael was there to assist us! I was also contemplating buying one of the upgraded massaging bases for my mattress and ultimately decided that I really wanted one. So I did go back to the store a couple days later and Chris helped me. He was also extremely knowledgeable and polite and explained to me the three different varieties of electronic bases, however, I did not feel that he was pushy at all and he gave me enough information to choose which one was best for me. I am beyond excited to sleep on my new mattress with my new electronic base! Everyone in my household now has a mattress from Denver Mattress Company and or a base and we are all extremely satisfied! It helps to have employees like Michael and Chris who are knowledgeable and make you feel comfortable, but that don't make you feel like all they care about is you buying the most expensive item. I will definitely be going back to this store if we are in need of any more bedding items in the future!

Andrew was very helpful and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond helping us pick a new mattress. Very pleased with my selection, his service and expertise. No buyers remorse here! Their policy on satisfaction after purchase made me feel confident that if I didn’t like the mattress, finding the right one would be easy and stress free.
