We had a great experience today with Assistant Manager Logan Fox of Denver Mattress Company. He listened to our needs and selected three brands of mattresses for us to test after explaining various features and construction materials. We finalized our selection and were delighted to find out $200 discount applied to sale price. The 365 Better Sleep Guarantee allows for full refund or exchange within four months of delivery date if customer is unhappy with purchase. That was a good marketing tool for customer satisfaction and Logan explained it well.
Logan was amazing! Helped me find everything i need. The sheets are soft like angel wings. And I don't think I'll sleep on anything but a purple pillow for the rest of my nights. Thanks again and sweet dreams!
We had a fabulous experience at Denver Mattress where we purchased a Purple mattress and pillow. Logan Fox was really knowledgeable and personable when helping us find the right mattress for our needs. He really listened to us and made us feel like our needs were important. He patiently had us try out several styles after hearing what our needs were. He explained the benefits of each and didn't just try and sell us the most expensive mattress in the place. I appreciated his integrity. I had lots of questions, and he answered all of them with great product knowledge and understanding of needs of customers at different ages, and made all of the paperwork super clear. Logan Fox was everything we could have asked for in a sales rep!
Logan Fox was extremely helpful. His knowledge was exceptional. He made my experience a delight which normally would have been an unpleasant chore. He was very friendly and personable and helpful. Our salesman Justin was incredibly friendly and not pushy in any instance. He went the extra mile and made sure we purchased WHAT WE WANTED. He didn’t want us to buy something we didn’t want. My wife and I are incredibly happy. We will be coming back.

Justin was an awesome salesman! Came in not planning to buy. No pressure, just time to look, ask questions and discuss. And I ended up with an exceptional mattress at a good price. VERY satisfied!!

Great store. We were planning on just looking at mattresses with no intention to buy today. But Justin left us alone to look around, and then he was great answering all of our questions. Because of his no pressure manner, friendliness and knowledge, we ended up buying 2 Purple mattresses.
I went down to Denver mattress to look at a purple bed. They had a great selection, and the one we were specifically looking for. We first worked with Justin who was very knowledgeable about the beds. We came back a few days later, Logan assisted us with the remaining info we wanted and the purchase. Great experience will come back again.
