Very nice and helpful people. I was very nervous when my grandson took his driver's road test. However everything went fine, he passed, and we had a very good experience. Good folks.

Miss Christina and Mr John K went above and beyond to make my daughter feel at ease while she was there getting her learner's permit. I have been to multiple DDS locations in the state of Georgia and this location has the nicest staff I have ever dealt with. I can't thank them enough for the way they made my daughter feel at ease.

This is the best DDS unit I ever been. Please keep the good work going.

The staff is always an amazing help!! They have helped my daughter to get her permit, people I am helping to get their license, as well as myself!! If they can’t help you with something they will lead you to the one that can! Great service! Wish they had Saturday hours though even 4 hours for those who work M-F

They are incompetent. There is no other way to describe it. I had the proper documents and had to go to a different DDS to accomplish the same task. Don't waste your gas or time. I was coming from out of state and didn't check the reviews, because I was in a rush. There are 25+ reviews on this place. While people have different experiences, believe the reviews. They are legitimate. If I had more time, and not been in a rush, and had time to work through the incompetence. I may have given two stars.

These folks really held my license for a month because it was “sent back in the mail”. Sooo they don’t call if your license comes in you have to just assume & go up there.

My visit to the Thomasville office was better than best. The staff were courteous, friendly and professional. Any help I needed was given. My visit took less than 15 minutes. Please recognize these people for a job well done. I think all the negative reviews are from those people who come unprepared with lack of documents etc.

I want to commend one of the employees there, her name I believe is Chris. She was so understsnding and not only to me and my family member but she really kind to everyone. You have a great employee on your team.

Very organized. Minimal wait. Just make sure you utilize the website to do as much prework and to make sure you have all the documents needed.

Everyone was very nice. Really good customer service. They didn't get impatient or upset when I didn't have my documents in hand and ready!
