I took my son to gets his license today and I encountered the most friendly professional DPS employee. She was personable, took her time interacting with my son and just made the whole ordeal a great experience. Great customer service and she knows how to treat people, we were greeted with a smile and we left smiling. Thank you Jessica for caring enough about your job, to make sure your customers are happy. We appreciate all of your hard work and dedication.
From the moment I walked in the door I was greeted with a smile to the moment I left. Had a appointment at 845 am and was out of there by 855am. It was a quick and easy process, I went in for a renewal and name change. Keep up the great work lady's. I would definitely recommend to others. Please remember it's by Appointment only to help u get in and out quicker.

Outstanding service at the Pierce-El Campo location - best experience I have ever had at DPS Driver License Office and I am 81 years old. Jessica JF26476 was amazing - she helped me fill out application - she asked the questions, I gave her the answers, and she typed them in. I have a tremor in my hand that prevents me from writing now - Jessica saw that I was struggling and she offered to help me - she was incredibly friendly and helpful. Our experience was bad at first and a few ladies had attitude with my mom but I went up to counter to ask a question and Jessica ended up helping me and she was just absolutely amazing we came from Houston and we really thought it was going to be a wasted trip but Jessica took over and helped us she was so patient and understanding and made sure we were taken care of. Jessica provided the Best service I have ever received from anyone at any DPS office.
Went at 8 am on a Tuesday. I was the only one there, the greeting officer was very patient and calm with the person that came in after me who had trouble with the instructions. The person who took care of my tdl renewal and address change took her time and was very thorough. Definitely a good experience especially after coming from houston and its mega centers.It literally took me 30 minutes to handle everything. The driving there is iffy since the speed limit is a bit high and you can def miss the entrance if you’re not familiar with the area. The parking lot was empty and very small but I’m sure they don’t get packed to need more. Crossing the freeway to go back to Wharton is a little chaotic with having to merge at high speeds. But overall good experience. Glad to have something close to home and not have to drive into a major city.
Only 4 people are waiting for help and still have a wait, unbelievable! Employees were rude like all the other locations. Had hopes these clerks would be polite but no geeze the world we live in these days.
We went there yesterday as the mega center in Rosenberg was very busy having lines outside building just to the ticket for queue. El Campo Facility was perfect, less people, walked and out in no time. Staff was very cooperative and swift. Thanks for the service
