Awesome venue. Not only for drinks and the atmosphere but also the food is great too. You can tell they have invested time and money in to both the venue and the app that you have to use to order food and drinks. Service is quick even with a busy venue. Paying for the table £15 which is non refundable deposit seems a bit much. All in all a great experience and I will be back.

I recently went to this place to watch a dinosaur show from a company called Teach Rex. The place was easy to find when using Google maps. There was plenty of space for us to sit and there was toilets and cafe/bar area with seating. Staff members were friendly too.
It was well managed, with a variety of food and drinks. The female toilet, long long wait.
Great event and nice venue but sound was pretty terrible - too loud to understand spoken content presented by the event host. Also about 3/4 of the tables and benches were incredibly uncomfortable to sit on and quite flimsy feeling. Event got the rating up to 4 stars. If it was just a night out, it would have been 3 stars.as really not comfortable to drink/eat.
Fab afternoon watching the darts. Plenty of staff and security to ensure a positive experience. On the negative side the food concessions do not display their prices and do not hold a 5* hygiene rating. Clear signage indicating the entrance would have also prevented a long walk and return along the fence line.
Run by students for students. Don't bother if u want a hot drink, food in under 30 min, loos with working toilet paper and more than one hand dryer. Kept us waiting for the orchestra outside in TORRENTIAL rain. Bottle of water £3. Could have been a much better experience. Won't return.
We attended for the Hunting Killers event. A spacious venue with a large bar so we didn't have to wait long. The seating wasn't the most comfortable as you had to turn to face the stage. There were two boys on our table who ordered food which never arrived and they had to go and retrieve it at the interval only to find it sitting on the side. There were, what seemed to be, some very interesting clips played but the sound in the large room made it impossible to make out what some of them were saying. The same with the Q&A at the end; we couldn't hear any of the questions being asked.
Entertainment was second to none, RPJ band blew the roof off! BUT, seating plan was a little ambitious, obviously hoping to 'pack 'em in' very uncomfortable sitting with your back against the person behind you, having to disturb a lot of people to get out and go to the loo, little bit more room would have been nice! Drinks were a little bit pricey but you can't expect wetherspoons prices with entertainment, food seemed to be nice, smelt and looked nice. All in all, our group enjoyed the evening, nice one
Me and my friends attended their Oktoberfest event which was fantastic. Food and drink were great and came within minutes of ordering. However the security in this place really let’s it down. I found throughout the night they were just overly aggressive towards men. They grabbed first and didn’t ask questions later, numerous times throughout the night you would see reasonably compliant men having their arms pinned behind their back and then being dragged out. As we entered the event one of my friends was tucking his shirt inas we had been in a taxi for thirty minutes to which the bouncer said he was tucking in drugs which was not the case and when my friend politely argued this and even said he would get searched, the security said “You do not want this turn to nasty” in response. My friend subsequently was kicked out and did not argue back again as he was scared the bouncers would assault him which was their demeanour. All in all the event itself was great, however the security need to have better communication skills, instead of just threatening violence.
