After endless efforts I finally got an appointment today 11/19/2021, 3:40pm to get the booster vax . . . . . . but when i got there they would not give it to me because I was 7 hours short of 6 months since my last vax shot. NO EXCEPTIONS ! ! ! The supervisor said i have to wait exactly six months or more before i can get the boost vax. I must therefore wait 7 more hours to complete the 6 month law, then start over again and his staff should not have made the appointment. What a joke. They almost never even answer the phone. Was very difficult to get this failed appointment.
I have been a member of this hell on earth for years. I hate everything about this place from intake of the evil nurses to the interactions with the "Doctor's". It feels rushed, everytime I talk to a physician they rush through my care as if I'm not a human. No wonder these ratings are low. They lied on my printout at the end about topics they never discussed with me. I hate this place with every fiber of my being. Nobody who ever leaves here looks happy or satisfied or assured. I want this place closed to the public.
Initially was sent to the wrong line for the pfizer covid vaccine, waited for almost an hour in the county area! But once we were on the correct line, the people in the state area was very attentive with us and thorough in sanitizing the place. In the waiting are, the attendants were very observant and showed concern and acted right away when my son was experiencing some side effect. I should have given 5 stars if not for the long wait in the wrong line.
Yesterday, my wife and I visited this clinic for our first dose of Pfizer vaccine and we received excellent service and care from the very beginning. Very nice and helpfull all the staff that was outdoors and inside. Very well organized, super clean, FAST, and above all, very helpfull and caring to seniors. All these front line workers deserve respect and gratitude from all of us. Thank you again to all of them.
I went there for my whole pregnancy with my first, but after my trip Monday I will NEVER go there again. Waiting for my APPOINTMENT for 3 hrs just for a pregnancy test and the big lady in front was totally rude. The nurses in back were nice tho and apologized but doesn't excuse the way I was treated for an appointment I waited for all day.
ZERO STARS! HORRIBLE! I came here to get a TB test because it was supposed to be quick, cheap, and easy. I don't know why I bothered scheduling an appointment. It took over an hour after I checked in I arrived 10 minutes early to be seen for the TB test injection. Since it was midday, I let it slide. I made an appointment for two days later at 8AM to have it checked. I arrived at 7:45am, was the first person to check in, and was the only person with an appointment. However, I was the 11th person to be seen, being called back at 8:30am. I am so thankful I do not come here for medical care because the entire facility is disgusting and unprofessional.
I came here due to the fact that I had a possible urgent medical need and my primary doctor's office did not have appointments for several weeks out 5 weeks. I am still waiting and it has been 4.5 hours. I called in the morning and got a live person on the phone amazingly because I was told they never ever answer phones and they specifically told me to come as a walk-in before 11:00am based on my symptoms and I did not need an appointment. I have asked the staff how much longer my wait would be and they said that today is a bad day and they only have one doctor seeing patients for the entire clinic and they had an emergency of some sort! They are just sitting at their desks and checking people in and having them wait hours and hours. Everyone is complaining and it is no use. I would have never come here if my doctor's office had not referred me. All we can do is wait. And by then it will 5pm and closing time. I feel terrible about this place and I am very disappointed in our health care system and San Bernardino County is one of the largest counties in the nation.
Thank you to all staff and volunteers of the Hesperia Health Center! Steve and I visited yesterday, February 11, 2021 for our COVID shots and found the environment safe and friendly the staff experienced and professional. KUDOS to a center that has "its act totally together!" Cathy
I called to set an appointment and am already an existing patient. When i called the lady on the phone was arguing with me that i had never gone there before...and that i must of given them false information when i went. I was so angry! How dare you acuse me of a felony charge and all i want is a doctors appointment. I told them i would find a new doctor and hung up in her face. She called me back 5 minutes later apologizing saying she got my information mixed up with another patient! If that isnt scarey...idk what is! As if my name, birthday and social secirity number werent enough for her to find the right file the first time! Then the doctor never does an actual check up. Dr. Zand is my obgyn for maternal health. I can never* get in contact with her for advice if i think something is wrong. I always end up calling a different obgyn who isnt even my doctor! I get better results going to the emergency room then with Dr. Zand! These doctors take complete control of you because they figure your medical insurance is free. Rather its medi-cal or blue shield...they are still getting paid! And should treat patients like PATIENTS! Even my vitals are never checked! And never have been since ive been a patient! Now...i just go to the emergency room and ask for follow up with Ms. Sims in fast track. Shes a great doctor! That lady needs a promotion! And although i might have to wait 5 hours in emergency...id rather do that and get actual RESULTS and a actual CHECK UP by someone who treats me like a human being and not a walking STD. Im pregnant for crying out loud! Not infected!
