Amazingly relaxing location for families, friends, teams, individuals and visitors. I had no idea this spot of peace existed and to I came into by the church I was fellowshipping with. Hope Church in Pine Hill had a Church Picnic and it was a blast. The land is well kept, the bathrooms were clean and the picnic tables and areas were well maintained also. Overall a nice outside space for children and adults to enjoy. Thanks to the community and local government for keeping this preserved area safe, beautiful, welcoming and accessible for all of us residents and visitors. I am grateful for the day of beautiful gifts
I loved this park. Very kid friendly. Clean restrooms. Fishing pond. Hiking trails. Workout stations. Tennis court. Obstacle courses. Lots of shade. Benches. A pavilion. Great parking.
Love this park. A hidden gem. Nice and clean love the walking trails. A newer play set and a splash pad for kids. Love the paved walking trails that go through the woods.
Great park! It has a few play areas of different age groups but I think most kids of any age could play except some of the play areas may be difficult for children under two. There is a little play area for smaller children as well. I really enjoyed the musical play equipment and there was a huge jungle gym climbing area in the center which is quite challenging for kids that want something a little bit more difficult and also have an athletic energy. There is a walking track and also a tennis court there. I think that out of all of the parks compared to Washington Lake Park, this would be my second favorite on the list of great parks.
The park was well maintained and the pavilion was a perfect spot in the shade to gather for a summer birthday party. The star of the whole show was the splash pad! What an awesome feature. Kids from all around gathered to play and splash on the soft surface with fountains and sprinklers throughout. Perfect summer fun for my 5 year old! Playground: Soft surfaces with several large modern climbing features and various slides. Picnic area: Clean and free of wasps/bees. Bring your own grill, though!
Clean fun park for the family. They have 2 pavilions and picnic areas as well. The splash pad is super cute for the kids to get wet in. I spent 3 hours here with my kids and they loved it. Bathrooms are also on the premises which is a plus!! I will definitely be back might even rent for a kids birthday party Playground: About 3 little playgrounds for kids of all ages! Picnic area: Slighted shades picnic area
Has splash pad, a shaded area with playground equipment if you don't want to be in direct heat. The ground around the playground in the sun gets toasty, so watch your little ones feet. Big area. Playground: Has splash pad during summer.
Fasola park in Deptford is a great place to take the kids. It has plenty of things to do for all ages. There’s playgrounds for toddlers. Playgrounds for 2-5 years old as well as 5-12 years of age. They have a pretty large Splash pad for when it’s hot out. You can literally spend almost a full day there if you pack and plan well enough. My daughter and I enjoyed a nice walk on the paths for about an hour. We played the musical instruments they have set up which was very cool and unique. You don’t really find the activities they have at Fasola park, in any other park or playground. They have enclosed picnic tables as well as uncovered areas. My personal favorite which I couldn’t help but to play on myself was the big spider-web of a climbing wall. It is so cool and unique. Most of the grounds are set in the rubber flooring which I personally like Bc it doesn’t hurt as bad if the kids fall. The playground is set back in a neighborhood in Deptford. It’s about 5 minutes away from Deptford mall. If you don’t check out Fasola park- you’re missing out. This place is awesome.
They love the water pad, the play area and all are family friendly. The restrooms as well as play areas are close by and well kept! The park offers walking trails and much more!
I love love love this park! It’s beautiful views and walking trails and pond stocked full of fish, turtles, and very territorial ducks lol trust me they all think every human that walks up to the water is there to feed them so be prepared haha after my 6 year old ran from said ducks we visited the playground and splash pad and boy was it hard to get my boy to leave. Plenty of seating, picnic benches, and shady spots. Definitely a go to this summer. And yes splash pad has been turned on as of Memorial Day weekend!!!
