Dr. Ed comes across as a humble dentist... However, he has been a mentor to me and thousands of other dentists on a dentist-only forum called Dentaltown. Dr. Ed is absolutely a tooth shepherd. He is a gentlemen to teeth. What makes Dr. Ed special to thousands of dentists across the world is his passion to detail and execution of the proper treatment to SAVE teeth. What this means, is that he savors every step of a procedure and makes sure it is done to a level that is textbook to his peers, who are few. If you want your teeth to last a lifetime and you're within an hour or two drive from his office, I would FULLY recommend Dr. Ed. He may talk about using gold, or a dental dam, or NOT doing a crown and doing a white filling instead... But as I see myself gaining experience as clinician, he is absolutely correct just about every time. Dr, Ed is a MASTER dentist. He has very few equals in the dental world and I imagine that many dentists fly across the country to see him. If you are lucky enough to be his patient, just know you're going to one excellent dentist who takes the utmost care in preserving your teeth for the rest of your lifetime.
Ed Died and this should be removed! RIP
I second that! I am also a dentist who has seen his amazing work!
