To say I'm obsessed is truly an understatement. Jordyn is my esthetician for life now! I've seen her twice and really she's just amazing in every way. She is very knowledgeable, gentle, sweet, and such an easy conversationalist. I make the 50 minute drive from the Valley to come see her, she's that good.  I know my skin is in good hands now

I visited Dermalogica for my first ever facial recently. I was welcomed by a very friendly Simone, one of the skin therapists at Derma. I was taken immediately as it was 6pm in the evening. We went to the back where you lie down on the chair and get your skin assessed. As it was my first facial, Simone was very patient with me and explained everything we were doing. We started with a cleansing. After that she used a light to assess the areas of my skins which needed special attention. At the end you get a nice face mask with hot steam blowing in your face and finished off with a nice warm towel to clean off any excess product. It was a very relaxing experience and I enjoyed it very much. I will definitely return soon. I recommend to everyone.

I had the best time at dermalogica west hollywood. Jordyn was extremely knowledgeable and made the entire experience comfortable and I felt my skin was in great hands. The entire facial was amazing and I was so impressed by the brand and her knowledge of which ingredients would cater to my skin in specific. Before I left I scheduled to come back and see her again for a peel, she was so helpful and wrote down a simple routine that my skin deeply appreciates and I bought her product recommendations as soon as I got back home. I came out all the way from orange county and will be continuously returning for this extraordinary service!

The staff is amazing but I had Amy and I can say she was the most incredible. She went over the products that she was applying and what they are good for, I can't wait to go back in a few weeks. I would definitely recommend this place . The only downside is the parking .

I would come back just for Mingy , he is absolutely amazing and I felt like a baby in his hands . I had no idea a facial can be that relaxing and my skin is glowing with the hydro facial . He’s worth it !
