Check-in was very efficient. Wait time was minimal and Dr. Orseth saw me within 10 minutes of my arrival. She diagnosed and treated me quickly without having me make an additional appointment. I won't hesitate to return to her if I have further need.
I really love my dermatologist and have referred several people. They are very busy but wait times are very good, the nurses are kind and treat you with compassion and respect and Dr. Robinson is THE BEST. Very caring and never makes me feel rushed. Check out is also well organized and quick. Highly recommend.
Dr. Robison is great. I love the fact that when I go to the office my wait time from check in - check out is maybe 20-30 min. once I’m in the room she’s comes in less than five minutes. And I love that I am in and out, and my issues are always addressed.
Uptown Dermatology is a very busy place, which is a good and bad thing. This is all mostly good. When in a new city and looking for a good place for food you look for a place that is busy, because all of the locals know where the good places are at. This same analogy applies very well to this location. My appointment was at 3:15 and I arrived 15 minutes early and it was busy. I was expecting that the normal operation of a business and delays during this time of the day might take a little longer. Just a few minutes later, I was called back and started the process. Dr. Orseth was great and very professional and covered all of my concerns. It had been several years since my last skin check. I had 3 warts on the back of my neck, 2 spots on my scalp, a mole on the shoulder, and one of concern on my leg. She looked at them all, and they were all normal, but she knew I wanted them cut off, and if that is what you want, we will cut them off. She treated all of the areas and stated on how to care for the treated areas. She stated that they would call in about 2 weeks with the results of the biopsy, and if they had not called, then call them for the test results. Dr. Orseth is very knowledgeable, and I most highly recommend her. I know I will be back next time.
Doctor Orseth was exceptionally knowledgeable and skilled as well as her team assistants. She took time to explain the entire procedure to me, and everything went exactly as she had explained. All personnel from the front desk to those who took payment and needed information were very professional and helpful.
Absolutely love the staff so far. Joe is very thorough. I was hesitant about seeing a doctor that was not black because they may not know our skin. He knows his stuff. They get you in and out. You can check in and pay your copay online. I love them.
This office is huge and extremely busy. But the staff is polite, and Dr. OrSeth is amazing! She was quick, thorough, and honest!! I appreciate her honesty and great bedside manner. After years of seeing other doctors and paying for treatments that NEVER worked Dr. Orseth came in and put a name on my scalp condition and explained to me the effects of it & the likelihood of treatment options working. She’s my new dermatologist FOR LIFE! I look forward to my follow up in 3 months.
I am very pleased with the staff here They were very courteous and helpful. Dr. Orseth is very compassionate and skillful. She made me feel comfortable about my procedure and she gave me concise instructions on caring and what to expect after my surgery.
From the front desk personnel to Dr Orseth and her staff the experience was first rate. As a new patient they all took as much time to answer any and all of my questions as I needed. I really appreciate the kindness and professionalism given me today. Thanks very much.
My first time experience was superb! From the moment I entered the facility until leaving, every person that assisted in my visit were very friendly and worked in a Spirit of excellence. My attending physician was Dr. Cynthia Robinson, who was very curteous. She exemplified being SME. She explained my diagnosis in laymen's term that was understandable and provided easy instructions for a daily regiment. Thanks to everyone for making my first time visit a great experience.
