Doc and nurse are amazing; helpful and experienced and knowledgeable. Highly recommend. The front office is terrible. First they gave me the wrong location, so I had to drive an additional half hour to make the appointment. Then, the two ladies behind the counter had iPads to fill out paperwork that were covered with fingerprints and grime. When they handed it to me, I said gross, and both of them sneered at me.

The staff here is amazing super friendly felt very comfortable the entire experience. I had a ganglion cyst on my wrist and at first she said she didn't feel comfortable surgically removing it because it was near a tendon however I suggested that if she could just drain it I'd be okay with that knowing that it could come back. She was open to my suggestion and drained it. Even if it comes back I will still come back to this place

This place is a joke and I will never use them again. They would not help me untill I paid a $9 bill. That I didn't know I had. I asked if they could refill a prescription and they refused untill I paid 9 bucks. I work 12hr shifts...i get off after 7pm and I don't bring my cards to work I explained that and all they can say is you'll have to wait until you pay your $9..just to make an appointment...or get a refill. I am in pain and they don't care.

My appointment lasted about two minutes during which I was told that my skin problems were due to age and the only thing that could be done was laser treatments which cost a lot and weren’t guaranteed. Turns out if the doctor had taken the time to look and listen to me she could have figured out it was shingles. When I told her my PCP had suggested it was shingles, she guffawed and smirked. Guess what - it was shingles! Will never recommend this office

Dr. Lyde was warm, compassionate, informative, and efficient during my visit. The office is a bit tricky to find the first time.

Great place! I never write reviews. Everyone was really nice and they their best to address your needs and concerns. I saw Holly Glover!
