Great experience I truly wish I would've found them a year in and a half ago before spending a bunch of money on specialist that never helped me. Definitely recommend. Yesenia was detailed and gave me feedback with every concern I had, you can tell she truly is highly experienced and wants her patients to feel relieved from their skin issues.
I had a fantastic experience at Dermatology Experts in Parkland. Michelle has a very calming yet confident demeanor, which soothed my anxiety instantly. She did a very thorough skin check on both my husband and I, and also performed pain-free removal of a few spots. I have already referred my grown children to her. I am so grateful to have found her and this practice.
Everyone is polite and helpful. Dr. Ayar is very knowledgeable and gentle. He took his time answering all my questions. Jenni was extra helpful explaining my benefits in detail and she made it very easy to understand. All the ladies at the front and back are also very nice and they make sure you have a great visit.
Great staff! Everyone was very attentive and there wasn’t much of a wait time. The dermatologist Yesenia was knowledgeable and knew right off the bat what to recommend. I also had a great experience with the facials, Michelle did an amazing job.
Nice , clean lobby. Easy check in , I was called within minutes. Jenny explained my families benefits and she is very knowledgeable. The Dr was excellent and so are the nurses. I highly recommend this office.
The staff in the office are amazing so are the doctors. However personally I feel they care more about money and cosmetics procedures then actually being a dermatologist office. I was a patient there last year till January this year, I had a skin condition which they helped me out with get injections. When I had a bad reaction to the injections, the had me come in, I waited and waited they told me Dr. was doing a cosmetic surgery and I would have to come back. From there it went down hill they tried getting me on another medication that wasn’t approved by my insurance. Instead of calling and telling me this I had to make many trips to my local CVS and calls to my insurance which is how I found out. The office never called to tel me this, in fact they never call me period. I don’t there a bad practice they have there priorities on other things. Unfortunately would not recommend this practice if your looking non-cosmetic procedures.
Michelle provided excellent professional and customer service. She is not only a good dermatologist but a sensitive person who makes you feel comfortable and respected at all times. I am so glad I found a female dermatologist.
Staff was friendly throughout the visit. Very efficient and thorough. This was my first visit, I completed the forms, was briefly seen by the tech followed by the the Doctor's both conducting a physical exam and treatment and was out of the office within 45 minutes. I would highly recommend! Thanks
The doctor is very knowledgeable, and both he and his staff were very supportive. During my visit, one of his team, Carlos, went over and above to ensure that I was relaxed, comfortable and informed at every step along the way of my procedure.
I had my first cool sculpting treatment and I must say the process was easy and painless. Yane and Jen helped me every step of the way. Minimal down time afterwards.
