New owners who are going to end up in the red due to greed. The early bird car wash was amazing. I moved to Henderson but was in the neighborhood and decided to get the best car wash I’ve known in Vegas. Boy was I disappointed. See photos. There was some paint that was bubbled up but the genius that works there literally scraped it off. Now I have a white patch on my gear shield. See photos

I have been going to this place since it first opened over 10 years ago. I have been a loyal costumer from new owner to new owner. I never left, even when the quality went down extremely. I even stayed when the new owners raised my rate 10 dollars without notification. I now come to find that they have raised my rate to 60 dollars a month without notification. If I could give zero stars I could. 60 dollars for a mediocre car wash is UNACCEPTABLE! The owners need to do better at notification and running a successful business.

I was here for car wash and my car wasn't clean the way I payed for the service. Wash, vaccum, leather shine and tire wax with a good exterior wash. Well it wasn't done and they told me they are closed and come tomorrow we will do the whole cleaning. They gave me the time of 0830. And now it is 10 am and can't see nobody. Best place to get a quality car wash. Fast service with attention to detail.  They have a special price on Sunday morning, but expect a little longer wait time.

Never in a million years did I think I would ever write a negative review about this place. I have been a customer for years and the two brothers who owned it always did an outstanding job.  I went in a few days ago and I couldn't believe that there was no line. I typically had to wait some time in line before they could get to my car. I pulled up and a new employee explained to me that they had changed their services and asked me to select one of their new options. I told them that I normally get a deluxe wash and asked what the equivalent for that was on their new menu. They told me the name of the item and it was $27. I was shocked because the wash that I used to get was $8.99. These people had a 300% price increase virtually over night.  I live across the street from this place and drive by it several times a day. I never see a line anymore. This place was proof to me that family businesses are the best. A couple of guys working hard to give a great service at an honest price. If you brothers read this, know that you are missed!

Strike 3 today! No more going to this place. A few months ago took my son’s car here to get the full detail job done. He was coming back from Afghanistan and I wanted to surprise him with a car detail. They did a nice interior cleaning but I never saw the hand wax or clay bar done. I asked the kid and he assured me it was done. I later found out the clay bar and hand wax was never done! The next visit was a different car and the cleaning quality they used to do was not there. I had to tell the worker to finish the shine on the bottom half of the tires and windows were smeared and full of lint, the interior wasn’t as clean as they used to do. Today we gave them one more try and my wife said there was a 1 1/2 hours wait because they only had 2 workers today! Plus the prices were raised again. Used to be the best in Vegas but it’s not even close anymore. Will not waist time here anymore.

Read the reviews here carefully.   We gave this a 5 star, solely because they throttle reviews and one star reviews will never get seen.  Please like this review and it will always be forefront. Caveat Emptor. We have been going to this care wash for YEARS.  It was run by two middle eastern brothers who recently sold it, due to one getting sick.   Like the reviews state here and on Yelp, this has taken a drastic turn for the worse.  New owners cancelled all coupons, jacked the prices on everything, and the quality went down.  We went there, for what will be our last time today.  A desert car wash which normally cost us $21.99, is now $27.99 and they did a poor, sloppy job.  What used to be a thriving car wash, was a desolate waste land.  You can even see it in the eyes of the workers.  They are tired and spent too, working for these clowns.  New ownership are so cheap they even cut down trees to save cost on maintenance.  The dead giveaway, was the manager/person in charge was some 20 something year old, with a baseball hat on backwards; who had not a clue how to manage, nor the value of customer service.  They try and pitch you on a “pay in advance” car wash program, but it’s a grab for your cash up front, while this car was struggles to survive.  We just don’t think paying them anything in advance would be good, since they won’t be around long enough.  Here’s our tip to them when they read this:  When you buy a thriving business, think about what made it great. While we know you want to put your own fingerprint and mark on your new ownership - jacking up prices, compromising quality, cancelling coupons and all the discounts offered to the community was the wrong way to go. All of us regulars who were standing there waiting, said the same thing.  Nothing great lasts for long and time to find a good car wash.   We give the over/under on this one; that they won’t make it very long – possible until Summer 2019.  Five star rating so it won’t get buried with all the fake posters, but this is below a one star review.

I just tried this place again. I was told they were under new management and everything was fixed.  I pay $30 for my truck to be washed and vacuumed out. I walked up to my truck and the outside of it was not even washed the person told me that I had scratches on my door. I showed him that they wipe right off. A told me that I had to pay more to get it waxed.  I would not send my worst enemy to this place. Do not spend your hard earned money for this quality of a car wash.
