These are the best people ever. Took very good care of our dad.
The grounds across the street were clean, but you have to cross London Bridge Rd for laundry facilities, no hours are listed on any of the paperwork provided. Store was not open. And no hot water in the restrooms or showers, someone mentioned there has not been any hot water in a month! The staff we came across was very rude! Our 1st impression was not a good one. This was our 1st time to this facility.
Nice park. Really clean, nice people and great views for sunsets.
I've only been here in December to visit my grandparents, who snowbird here, but it's pretty nice! If you plan to stay here a few weeks, definitely go to the club house for a social event and become involved in the mini community!
The reservation we made was through RPI back in May, was not showing when we got here, the electric hookup was really loose, was told to only run A/C on electric everything else propane, no laundry on site have to go to next door to other park. Park was basically empty but we almost didn't get our spot because RPI bookings not available after May 15th and our reservation was made May 20th thru RPI, said it was a big mistake cause this is a private members only park and they allow RPI bookings as a favor until May 15th. Park looked a little run down since we stayed here in April. Pool looked clean, didn't go to shower room. Paged for 2 nights only stayed 1.
Better during snowbird season. Bathroom floor,pool plexi panels and patio could use attention. Buildings will require serious painting and repairs soon!
Seems like we always get the smallest spot Don't know if. The fact that we are new members.whole other side of resort empty .to crowded over In other lot.
Nice spot. Affordable with a pool & shaded grass area. Close to the river. Nice people & well maintained. Could be improved, with additional shade trees at each space.
We had 7 days comp stay at Colorado River Adventure Resort WEST. QUIET MEMBERS ONLY PARK. PARK SPLIT INTO PD AND COMP... FEW AMENITIES BE CAREFUL YOU CAN'T GET OUT OF MEMBERSHIP ONCE YOU BUY IN.
Nice large sites and great pool and hot tub. Lots of activities for seniors. Clean washrooms. Great staff. Its only 20 mins from town and quiet.
