Poor service, every time I go to get checked because of stomach issues or a sickness I'm never examined properly, and always told nothing is wrong just for me to end up worse than before. Stop being lazy and treat your patients correctly before lawsuits start getting brought out.

I had multiple terrible experiences here. The staff, particularly Carmen are extremely rude to their patients and it is apparent that they do not care about their sick patients, including little babies. I would highly recommend going somewhere else, even if you have to drive out of your way for it.

Very nice people. However ,it has been so frustrating trying to get my grandmother seen in a timely manner with her appointments. Appointments are never available , they are so spread out . I called at 1:20 , and they don’t answer , long lunch ? Also , we have contacted them 3 times already about getting the right medication out , they can’t get it right .

Dr. Langhorne is Amazing..She takes the time to listen and really cares about Her patients. All it takes is one visit, and you will love her as much as we do..Thanks Dr Langhorne for all your hard work..

I'm glad I went here as recommended by a couple mental health providers I've seen. A lovely social worker, Argelia Tello or RG, for short, helped me with my issue at the time and was able to get on Medi-Cal & IEHP Inland Empire Health Plan in only a matter of a month or two.  I highly recommend speaking with her if financial assistance is what you need!

Well i definitely had a wonderful experince from the minute i stepped up the stairs. I was first  greeted nicely by the nursing staff who were checking to make sure you had your shots ect..., I then went inside and again was greeted with kind words from the receptionists who seemed to be smiling from behind there masks. My wait time was amazingly fast for a doctors office, wow i was impressed! Then i was met by my nurse Alex she is hands down a great nurse, she was polite, knowlegable and made me feel very comfortable cosidering i was very nervous. Last but not least the doctor, He too was very knowlegable,kind and he didnt rush me he took his time to listen to me even though i probably sounded like a highstrung crazy person lol. All in All this was a great place with wonderful staff, somebody is doing something right~Thank you!!

I called on Monday and was told my doctor was in a meeting and that they would reach out to me that same day or the following day . They never reached out to me . It’s been 4 days . I called again . Was given another number . My call got disconnected . Waited on the phone for an hr and never had my call answered . These are for my labs for my refill .

The Pediatrician was great... However the urgent Care sucks. The last time I came in they wasn't busy and had me and my sick child waiting. A lady came in after me and went right in. I went back up to check on what was going on and the male nurse never checked me in.

I took my son with a fever and cough and the doctor told me that he had nothing! And it turns out that my son had an infection in his throat and the people who work there have a terrible attitude, the worst thing about that place

If you're over 18 the doctors really just rush you doesn't even seem like they're listening. Love to bill the hell out of your insurances but don't love to listen to you for more than 5 minutes to get accurate information about your symptoms. Waste of time going out there
