First, please correct my name to read E. Christine Munson. My interaction with Maureen this morning was very nice. She was caring, warm, friendly, and knew what she was doing. I liked her so much that I made a second appointment with her instead of just anyone. Thanks Maureen.
For weeks I was dealing with a very annoying itchy eye. Saw three or four eye professionals and they gave me nothing. Many thanks to Scott Dlugos for prescribing a drop that cleared it up in 2 days. I would agree that referrals take too much time but, I give kudos to the Urgent Care people. Medical people are angels. Also, Covid Shots People were great!
I was able to do a virtual visit for my daughter. Seeing how she's having issues leaving the restroom, this was very convenient. I wasn't so lucky but I appreciate that they were able to do the appointment this way so I didn't have to worry any accidents on the way. Quick, easy & convenient. Thank you!
Efficient and friendly from the front desk to the nurse to the doctor. There were several people ahead of us and we expected a long wait but were called back within 15 minutes.
I'm super satisfied with care at Desert Oasis, my primary Dr. Kruba, their immediate care clinic, Dr. Lovey, the wellness center, infusion center, ease of parking, customer service all great. Lastly, during COVID-19 the response was the very model of outstanding organization. My only complaint is specialist appointments do take a long time.
Mr. Hackworth was excellent. When completing the ratings, I intended all 5s, but the system was jumping around, so I don't know if that happened.
Very suprised how smooth the virtual telemed visit went Dr Idrees exceeded all my expectations very professional and informative. All my needs were met. It's been over a year since I posted this review and I still rate them 5 stars I get great primary care from Dr. Jardula and great mental health from Dr Idrees this medical group has exceeded my expectations and provided me with excellent care
The rudest customer service staff I have ever encountered. I'm not one to leave reviews especially negative ones but wow. The first gentleman who answered was polite but said he had no clue how to check and see if the doctors had openings so he would have to transfer me to a different customer service agent. The agent that then answered the phone had an attitude right off the bat and when I inquired about getting an appointment/ asking if any of the doctors were taking new patients she huffed and said "well you called the REFERRAL line and this is an office that has aLOT of doctors so" I had been transferred to her from their own customer service and she seemed annoyed that I had the audacity to ask her a simple question, that I have asked many offices that have "A LOT of doctors" before with no issues.
I find it very difficult to understand how it 1 takes so long to process referrals 2 can't get appointment w/specialist for for 2 months or more. 3behavioral health? Better off flying to NYC for appointment bc its been 5 months and I have reached out to the several times to provider no reply. 4 customer service agents obnoxious, condescending, talk over you and never get straight answer. Catch 22. But, obnoxious top of list. If this continues & I'm continued to be ignored given false information and unable to schedule specialist appointments UNITED HEALTHCARE w/b contacted. This organization has become a dumpster fire for patients.
Really happy with the care provided at this facility. Dr. Chu at immediate care is a wonderful provider that makes you feel cared for. My pcp Dr.Mungcal is also another extraordinary provider who I’m lucky to have. Being under his care makes me feel safe and have a piece of mind with all my health concerns. Lastly, thank you to the receptionists and medical assistants. Your hard work, compassion and professionalism are appreciated. Definitely recommend DOHC. Thank you all, you’re all wonderful.
