By far the best jeweler in all of Bartlett in my opinion. They are fixing a clasp on my grandmother's necklace. They also will weigh and buy gold and jewely you may have to get rid of.

My mom-in-law actually gasped with delight when she unwrapped her box tonight. Thank you for setting the cross aside until I could sneak back in to buy it. You guys are wonderful!

I have known the owners for a long time. They have great jewelry, and can get you what you're looking for. Mike also does quick and quality repairs, and custom work. Just bought my wife a custom made ring for a new wedding set to celebrate our upcoming 30th anniversary. If you like guns and shooting, Mike also owns a ammunition reloading business. He does great work and is very knowledgeable about bothe jewelry and guns. Good people.

I have enjoyed working with the couple that owns this store. However, I feel it necessary to explain that I have never had more trouble with a piece of jewelry. My engagement ring is from here and when I got engaged to my husband, the center stone was loose. After explaining it to the owner, and having it resized he'd promised he had fixed the center stone being loose. After getting it back, the center stone was STILL loose. I have had TWO of the diamonds fall out of their setting that sit around the band. Extremely frustrating to have this many complications with my ring. I think they make beautiful pieces, however I have been very disappointed with the experience I have had. I live 6 hours from their store so I cannot just walk in and have them fix it either. Make sure your jewelry is insured. You certainly won't regret it with stones that fall out of your ring.

I would have rated them a negative 10 star rating if possible. I am from the Ukraine and I moved here years ago. I didn't know that I would drop off my gold jewelry and go to pick it up and it is the wrong items. They told me that it was MY jewelry and I know what I wear. But I tried to talk to them in person and they told me to leave now? So I went home and called the police. Because in my thoughts, that is theft of my property. They said they would not get involved. So I know some people who will in their own time. So what goes around comes back around......in time.

I was given my mother’s wedding rings to have for my wedding. Some time later a stone fell out and I decided to get the setting of my dreams. I was so excited. I took him pictures and we agreed on a price. He stapled the pictures to the order. I was making regular payments as I went. I finally get a call it was ready and I went to get it. It didn’t look at all like I wanted. The pictures were taking off the order. I was told if I wanted it different it would cost more money. I had one chance to get what I wanted. I’ve been stuck with this ring every since.

I have been using Design Jewelers for several years. I have been very happy and pleased with the workmenship on high end watches, rings, necklaces and design pieces. Two and 1/2 years ago I moved to Ohio but I wait on any jewely repairs I need made until I travel back to the Barlett and to Design Jewelers. They have always done a great job for a fair price.

Took a 16 inch chain in to have a clasp fixed and got back a 20.5 inch chain. Definitely different chain. When they were questioned they stated it was the same chain and it must have stretched. I want my original chain back and all they offered to do was take 4.5 inches off the one they gave me. Not acceptable.
