I bought the wrong oil for my truck. I wanted to trade it for the right grade of oil. The return clerk said it couldn't done because I didn't have a receipt. She was thinking cash refund. That's not what I wanted. So I told them to throw it in the trash cause it wasn't doing me any good. I would really like to know what they done with it. As a result I will never shop at Walmart ever again.
Literally don’t ever work here it’s a joke. The team leads have favorites and don’t even try to hide it. There’s only one good team lead in the whole store. My last day is in 3 days and I’ve never been more excited to leave. I feel ignored, forgotten. Ur just there to make them look good
Less and less cashiers and more and more personal shoppers. It's gotten to the point that there are more Walmart staff shopping for the online orders than there are customers. If you don't like the self checkout be prepared for a ten to thirty minute wait to check out.
Like any other department store this one has up and downs. Some of customer service people are very rude and not helpful. Other than that it's hard to get someone to open locked med for dogs. Cashiers seem nice and bag checkers at door seem to target certain people. Again it's not everyone but some out in public service need to be behind scenes instead
Very clean well stocked bathroom and shelves friendly kind professional staff thanks y'all for your smiling faces every time I come in I appreciate you.
Bought wife a phone couldnt activate. Took it back on next time I could return it and the younger employee at check out informed me..." Sorry BiG DoG, we ain't taking this back cause I am one day over the 2 week return policy. Big dog really??? Don't understand it's not the money it's the horrible service I got, I spend so much money there cause I have too cause of no where else to shop round here. Just very very disappointed in the service I got in the electronic department.
Alot of employees rude and playing on their phones. They treat you like asking them for help is a big pain. O asked one employee that was on duty where I could find an item. Instead, he looked at me and said "use the walmart app on your phone and it will tell you where it is", and he walked off. Omg! I know the app will tell me, but I didn't have my phone with me. It didn't matter. It was his job. I think that unless the employees are ymusing their phone for work, they shouldn't be allowed to be on it except for lunch and breaks. Terrible!
As a rule Walmart supercenters are crowded, understocked, and understaffed, existing on the reputation that Sam built. He would be proud of this location. Everything stocked, associates treat guests as guests, and the layout is intuitive. Well done! I wished I lived closer to shop here regularly
Walmart is just Walmart. They have the Monopoly of stores, so that's why people keep shopping there. Self check out can be a bit weird though. Employee standing watching you check out, reminds me of someone looking over your shoulder why your trying to work. They are put in that position because Walmart doesn't trust their customers anymore, but on one hand I can understand you have your few bad apples that ruin it for everyone else though. Funny thing though, is if Walmart goes out of business and shuts down, another store will just take it's place.
The employees seemed to be pleasant people. They were very professional and helpful.. The parking was convenient. They seem to have a little bit of everything in the store.
