Desoto Municipal Court

This probably the only county in the state of Texas that’s gives you a ticket in 2018 let’s you miss hell of court dates and don’t issue a warrant for your arrest until two years later. Then when you go in to request time served the judge tells you “oh we hadn’t issued a warrant for you so you don’t qualify for time served.” Might I add I had 6 tickets in Arlington 4 in Grand Prairie and 1 in Dallas. Every 1 of them gave me time served except DeSoto and all the tickets where around the same time. I’m assuming they have their own rules and laws the enforce

They are very dishonest department the police lie and fabricate charges on people of color , The police lie and try to convince my childs mother to lie and say I assaulted her for over a hour when that didn't work ,The officer gave me the option to sign the assault ticket or be taken to jail for assault when he knew there was no assault or crime committed, They are a very dishonest, and have no integrity , The need a new judge and officers who are more honest and gonna do a honest job

A terrible city to live in or purchase a home. Homes broken in and have alarm systems with camera's . Take thief pictures fom camera to police department and never come out or take reports. The alarm permit is $175.00 per year . This so sad to have residents and home owners psy this for no service. The city had over 1.5 million dollars stolen and a gimmie for residents to pay. The Judge is nasty as hell and prejudice for sure. Please do not live in this city. City steals and have no upscale place to eat or anything. Where is the revenue ? Stolen >>>>>>>
