Destin's premier full service Pilates and Aerial Fitness Studio offering both private instruction and small group Classes. We specialize in Reformer, Aerial Silks and Aerial Hammock and TRX Classes. Kati! Scheduled a bachelorette weekend in Destin and wanted to do something fun and Destin Pilates and Aerial was so nice to work with and schedule something that worked around our time. Kati planned a wonderful class doing the silks and was so funny and a good teacher, thanks for a great time!!

My girlfriends and I came down for my bachelorette trip and aerial silks was something i always wanted to try. The owner Susan is amazing and make it so personal it felt as though we had known each other forever. The instructor Rachel was so hands on and encouraging as well. We had such a great time and recommend renting the studio out for a class for your next trip. They also offer classes. :

Susan, the owner is a very invested instructor and gives very individual attention to each student. I have been coming here for years from Auburn, AL and take everything from aerial to bungee to Pilates. I have sent many students to train at Destin Pilates and Aerial, and they are never disappointed. If you are looking for a fun way to stay in shape while enjoying your beach trip , this is the place for you!

I had my daughter’s 12th birthday here! Her 6th grade class attended and they all LOVED IT!! They all attend school at NFB Académie, and this was the perfect event for a group of ballet dancers. Heather was an amazing, patient and organized instructor and the flow of the two hour session was great. Highly recommend for a small event. All the kids want to go to the kids aerial class now.

We were visiting Destin and I signed my daughter up for a silk private 48 hours before the class.  This is something that is on her bucket list and she was so excited.  We received no notice that the 8:00 am class was cancelled until we arrived at the studio.  Way to early to be disappointed on vacation!

I was in Destin for my family vacation, and I attended 3 classes. All the staff, and especially the owner, Susan Dunham, were fantastic. They are very knowledgeable about the body and the equipment. I felt at home and surrounded by love. I will be back each time I come to Destin.

Destin Pilates is such a great studio. I moved to Destin from Dallas not thinking I could find a studio of this caliber here. I was wrong. It is an awesome workout. Whether you take a private session with Susan who is amazing or a class you will love it!

I heard a buzz about Destin Pilates and decided to get a head start on my New Years resolutions! The moment I walked in I felt a calm, non judgmental professional vibe. The time the owner spent with me to achieve my goals was above and beyond! It wasn't easy but that's what I wanted to sign up for! Not only am I building my body, coordination, and discipline but my confidence! I appreciate the patience and care this studio has for clients like me that are very new! Thank you Destin Pilates!

Love, love, love this studio!   The instructors are all well trained.  They accomdate those new to pilates and those who have sought out pilates due to injuries.  They also have classes for those who are more advanced in the practice of pilates. Train with a group or one on one and you will walk out feeling ready to meet the day! I consider it my home away from home

Very unprofessional and erratic. Cancels classes without informing clients. When refund was requested, due to medical conditions, owner changed my attendance schedule to reflect she did not owe a refund.  After much drama, owner refunded. BE AWARE.
