We started serving our dishes out of a food truck as our way of making our community a better place through better food and a positive attitude. Turns out, people liked what we were doing! So, we opened a brick-and-mortar space in 2016, and we're still serving great food, we've just got a whole lot more of it here. Our menu is a fusion of classic Southern comfort food, Asian dishes, and traditional American -- something for everyone. We built this place from the ground up, and we honor those with the same creative spirit. This is why we also promote arts and talents by catering to all parties. Oh, and that food truck? We've still got it! It's called The Flying Beetle, and we're happy to buzz over to your charity event or celebration.
