My son ordered a paternity case. After obtaining DNA test he was proving not to be the father of a ten year old. This attorney did nothing but get the court DNA completed. She closed the case without completing the case. She did not initiate the back support he is owed nor did she initiate the court order of what the judge ordered to stop child support!! Make it make sense! She charged just to do a DNA test!!! Do not waste your money and time. She never answers calls and takes her time. It took one solid year for this case!!

NOT WORTHY OF EVEN A STAR but google didn't allow me to post otherwise. Do you need a competent attorney to work on your case, professional assistant to effectively and efficiently respond to calls, communicate concerns and/or messages with the attorney as well as have excellent follow through/promptly communicate with you??? If so, then do yourself an ENORMOUS favor, save yourself from a potential nightmare and find another law firm! In short, here was my experience. I contacted this firm for my divorce last October. After a short initial phone consultation and full payment was paid, I NEVER heard back from the lawyer. I've made countless futile attempts to get in touch with Destiny. Each time, the assistant gave me the run around and innumerable excuses stating, "she is out of office, don't know when she'd be back or able to get in touch with you, is too busy, she's on vacation, she's in court all day every day, etc." Essentially she was too busy to work on my case but not to busy to promptly take my money. That went on for 6 months!!!!!! I had to immediately hire another lawyer and demanded a refund on my trust account. After much HELL, unprofessional demeanor and remarks from her assistant I was given a FRACTION of my payment. Destiney had not even started on the divorce. Yet I was charged $1,100 of my payment to pay the receptionist/secretary for taking phone calls at an attorney rate of $250 per hour. That said, if you want services that you've paid for AVOID THIS OFFICE AT ALL COSTS!!!!

Destiny and her team helped me get through a traumatic divorce. They were supportive and answered all my questions. Destiny listened to my thoughts and ideas then gave me her opinion on how to proceed. It meant so much knowing I was being "heard". Thank you so much for your help!

Destiny and Daina worked endlessly for me. I knew that no matter the outcome of our case that they had done everything they possibly could do. They both cared about my family and our outcome. They were very upfront with me about what could possibly happen. I felt well taken care of in a time of my life that felt really out of my control. I will recommend Destiny Law Firm to everyone I know that has any family court issues.

I was looking for a divorce lawyer in Arkansas, I am in New Mexico I called around and everyone told me I wouldn't get anything. I talked to Destiny and she said let's see. She and her staff got me the divorce and a settlement plus my lawyers fees. I would definitely and highly recommend them. They are totally professional and experienced in court and reasonably priced.

Destiny is a knowledgeable in the realm of probate related issues.  She provides great packages for trusts, wills, and other related documents to help families plan for the future.  I would recommend her anytime of the week.

I made a mistake with my first post, but when I went to a really good lawyer, Michael Knollmeyer, he did an excellent job, even told me I should have went joint custody and take it to court which Destiny never wanted to. I feel she was all talk and no show. She never fought my case, while I had so much proof against my ex-wife that I could have easily won my case in court.

Had a great experience with Destiny Law Firm!  They took care of everything for me and explained everything upfront. Super easy and great communication.  Would highly recommend them and will use them again if I need to!

It was a pleasure working with Ms. McHughes. She's a fearless advocate for her clients and respectful to other parties. I would highly recommend Destiny McHughes!
