The process of obtaining my unit was helpful. The person at the front desk worked alone the day I received my unit. Traffic kept coming into the office. He handled everything with calmness and patience. He helped me find the right unit for my needs. Very helpful and patient with me. I appreciated that.

I’ve been renting a unit for almost 6 months now and no complaints. The check in prices was easy and smooth didn’t even need to do anything face to face. Paperwork was waiting for me in my unit to complete when I got there and dropped it off in lockbox when I left. The units are clean. And easy access to the storage. I recommend if you are looking for a storage in the Dover area.

I have been using DE Storage for over a year and couldn’t be happier. My climate controlled unit is clean and safe and I’m never bothered when I need to access it. The gated security is easy to get in and out and I feel comfortable having my things stored there. Would recommend.

I have one recommendation. When you indicate the number of the unit, also indicate the building #. We assumed it was building #7 based on the unit #. However, we did not know it was an inside unit. That is just a recommendation since I was a first time user I was pleased with the entire process. Thank you.

The staff is so kind and when I wanted to downsize to a small unit they went above and beyond to help me get a unit in the same building close to where I was at the time. They keep the area safe and clean and I have never had an issue with anything here.

We loved our unit so much that we rented two units prior to moving. Our clothes were still as fresh as they were when we first put them in the storage. The absolute best storage in Delaware.
