Detroit Police LSA has as its purpose the promotion of harmonious relations between the City and the Association; the establishment of an equitable and peaceful procedure for the resolution of differences ; orderly resolution of grievances; and the establishment of rates of pay, hours of work, and other terms and conditions of employment both economic and non-economic.
