I haven't had a "regular" dentist for many years. I've gone from one to another never really feeling settled or comfortable. I have to admit, that attitude comes from a fear/dread of having work done on my teeth! When I tried the Dever Dental practice, I figured it wouldn't be any different. Boy was I pleasantly surprised! My first positive experience started on the phone. The receptionist was "excited" that I chose their practice and went out of her way to find an appointment time that fit my schedule. That wonderful experience continued with a warm, friendly greeting upon arrival all the way through my interactions with the 2 staff members who assisted me. Dr Martha was great! She patiently explained the plan she had put together for the work I needed, as well as some cosmetic work I requested. All of this was clearly outlined on paper, by procedure and cost. They even took the time to advise me on a recommended insurance plan to minimize the cost!! The overall vibe there is just great. A group of people that love what they do and care about their patients. They have me actually looking forward to my next visit...and that says it all!!
I cannot say enough good things about Dever Dental. I've been going there for a few years now. All the employees are so nice and friendly. I've never been to a dental office where you hear laughter the whole time you're there! Dr. Martha Dever is the sweetest, most gentle, caring dentist I've ever been to. From cleaning and x-rays to fillings, crowns and bridges I've had it all done at Dever Dental. I'm so happy I found them after my last dentist retired. They have worked me in a couple times for problems I've had. My cousin was in town from Michigan and his crown fell out. I called them and they said come right in! He was so appreciative they got him in so soon. This is a great place. Give them a try.
First visit to a dentist that was actually enjoyable. Dr. Dever, and her staff were amazing! Being someone who never enjoyed the dentist they make you feel comfortable and treat you like a friend. They take the time to explain everything and set up a care plan that works best for the patient. I look forward to my next visit!
My most recent experience with Dr. Dever and her professional co-workers was definitely a 5 experience. I had a tooth that was painful and in need of attention before the weekend. They fit me in within 24 hours and before the whole office went on a weeks vacation. They not only fixed my tooth but made my smile look better. I am very pleased and appreciate their professional care and attention to detail.
Met Dr. Martha Dever at a business expo a few years ago and never saw my old dentist again. Dr. Dever is so friendly and I immediately liked her. I never have pain when she works on my teeth and she always takes the time to make you comfortable and your dental work excellent. Don't be hesitant, give her a try.
Love Dr Martha Dever and her staff!! They are so friendly and make going to the dentist a fun visit to look forward to. She goes above and beyond to make you look and feel wonderful!! They truly care more about you and your needs more than how much money they can make off of you. Best Dentist I have had maybe ever!!!!!
Dr. Dever is very personable and professional, and takes the time to explain everything in detail so you understand what needs to be done. Her staff is always very friendly and very helpful as well. I'm glad I transferred to this practice 3 years ago and highly recommend it!
I went in to get 15 year old orthodontic hardware removed. I was a bit hesitant about having it done for various reasons. Dr. Dever and staff were both knowledgeable and extremely friendly. They definitely put my hesitations at ease. Not only did they remove the hardware but offered to clean my teeth. Other offices I've been to in the past, the dental assistants were a bit rough and left me feeling sore after the cleanings. Jill did an awesome job and I definitely did not feel sore afterwards. I didn't anticipate on finding a new dentist but I signed up for regular teeth cleanings here after my first visit.
About 5 years ago my dentist was retiring and I needed a new one. I looked on the Metlife website and pick Dever Dental. The old saying it's better to be lucky than good, and I definitively lucked out with my selection. I was 4 years from retirement and Dr Dever spent the time to talk to me about what I wanted to do with my dental health before then. We set out a plan and over that time she work the plan and I am very happy with the results. Everyone is so nice there, but the important thing is every time I'm there, I know Dr Dever cares about my total oral health.
Our insurance coverage stopped on our previous dentist, and after some research we moved to Dr. Dever. Compared to my previous experiences, Dr. Dever uses more up to date technology. Aside from excellent services provided, what also distinguishes this practices is the professional and friendly environment that begins once you enter through the front door. This environment is maintained by all employees of the practice. You can tell the employees and Dr. Dever enjoy their jobs.
