Had them for 10 years and slowly my home insurance increased 300 here 500 there. I decided to go with another provided with same coverage minus $1500. What disturbs me about this agency, a month before my insurance was to be renewed they simply told me my rate was increasing by $700 dollars and didn't bother to shop around. They expected me to sit back and take it - wrong! They are not looking out for the customers best interest here.
