Dexter Public Library

Very nice and welcoming library. The workers are always very friendly, and the resources are great. They have multiple computers in their own room so it is quite to get work done. They have tons of books from all categories with quite areas to read if you would like! They also have a 24/7 drop box for rented books as well! Definitely would recommend!

Visited this library last week after having lived in Dexter when it was built! Building is still immaculate with amazing wood work and beautiful and cozy fireplace. The library director was there on a Saturday and he was very helpful and accommodating as we reminisced!

We have a fantastic library here in Dexter with absolutely the best staff anywhere! I would encourage any parent with children to get them a Library Card. Even at 5 years old.

Saddened that they charge yearly and you can only use cash when doing so. I remember when a library cost nothing... in the city they don't charge. Guess we will miss out on reading.
