If I could give this a negative number, I would. Canceled plans to have ultra sound this morning as it took me two weeks to get the appt. Scheduler told me to drink water within 30 mins of appt time. Got there, it had to be an hour. No remorse or apology from person at front and she ignored me as she was telling tech like it was my fault. They did not even try to resolve issue. I could have sat there for 30 mins, but I was told that I had to reschedule. Total incompetence from the office and they NEVER answer the phone!

Treat people that have been there longer way better and let them say anything they want about people

This place is a massive Joke. The wait time is so long and takes them so long to pick up the call. On a scale of 1 to 10 they get a -1

Worst place ever!! Waited 2 weeks for them to schedule. After I went to talk to them because they won't answer the phone they said they were waiting on insurance info. They never called and asked me. So I gave them the info. And they told me it would be 2 weeks before they found out. Went to the medical center and got a appointment the next day. UPDATE: I called their corporate office and spoke to the regional director. He seemed to be very concerned and was going to look into it. One thing I expressed to him was the Google reviews most of which are bad. So the problem may be the local office and not a corporate level

Only make an appointment here if you have time to spare. They are never on time fulfilling your time slot. And at times, you can't even get anyone who works there to answer a phone. Things should be run better than that. My time is important also.

I was told there would be a 1 hour wait for xray, but two hours later, I am still here and no xray. Man ahead of me left after waiting 3 hours for his xray. Always an extremely long wait here several hours. Next time I will try beaumont...never coming back here.

Mask mandate enforced here. It took 20 mins to be called to the back. The full appt took 40 mins. The technician was nice.

The tech was polite but the rest … what a joke! Made me make an appt for 36 hrs later for a stat exam due to severe pain. Stat is not urgent anymore? Ridiculous.

The worst management of a medical establishment I have ever seen in my life. Absolutely disgusted at how I was treated with complete and utter disrespect and disregard for my health. I have seen fast food restaurants that care more about how they treat a client. Learn from my mistake! Never go here!

I have had all my mammograms here. I would not go anywhere else. They have a great staff!!
