I agree this place is terrible. A few months ago I took my mom in for x-rays and the technician smashed her hand with the machine and her hand was completely bruised. It took forever to heal and because she was elderly, it didn't seem like her knew how to handle that because she had a walker. Training your techs to meet the needs in Monterey Park would be a smart thing to do considering the demographics.
Staff are extremely rude and unhelpful. I will never come back here again. Save yourself a headache of long wait times despite having scheduled appointment times and rudeness of MOST of the staff.
Had a bone density test, tech that did the test was excellent, I had an appointment, would recomend an appointment, take walk-ins so the office is small and was crowded..Called in for my test on time..Good experience. !!! Parking is a bit tight, Check-in clerk, a gentleman was nice..
Very bad customer service. They hung up the phone while I was making an appointment. I called them again but no one picked up. I then tried to talk to the manager but she said that she was too busy and rudely dismissed me. This is really bad service for a medical place. I do not recommend going here at all.
Super rude ultrasound doctor . Sound like I came take ultrasound to waist her time .double my birth age isn’t true. Said—you know the people get accident mostly like you type whose turn on side hardly . I told her i can my it back muscle ache ,i definitely can turnaround my head normal when I drive ,twice time .After I came out I felt me abuse .can’t stop my tears. And she said ok now you can get up the bed . Then ,even don’t use side eyes to contact me . I ask it is all done , two time . She just ignored my questions. So so terrible experience.
Was referred here by my doc, long hold times on the phone. soonest appointment was a couple weeks out. showed up a little late to it but was still seen quickly. Had trouble understanding everyone i spoke to, didn't seem like anyone spoke English that well. Parking lot was packed, go early to find a spot
Went in with my mom for x-rays, they have a sign that says first come first serve no appointments needed & if not attendant for longer than 20min. ask receptionist, all a lie. They had my mom waiting for more than two hours and she didn’t even last 5mins inside, while every person that would come in would get seen right away. Customer service is trash and the workers are the same!
Avoid this place like the plague. This place treats their patients like money cows. My mother went there to get an ultrasound and the people working there were so rude. She made an appointment but still had to wait over an hour. When she was getting checked the tech was rude to her. She was given vague commandsEnglish is not her first language but can understand basic commands and had a hard time following them. Which led to the tech yelling at her. After her ultrasound the tech just threw her a little bit of paper towel and told her to clean herself up. Also their sanitation procedure was terrible as well. They told her to lay on a bench without disinfecting it. She asked for it to be disinfected, but the tech ignored her and loudly ordered her to lay on the bench. This place is terrible and treat their patients like money cows. If you do not mind being treated like cows go to this place.
My 2nd time here. I called last week to make an appointment and was told no appointment was needed. I stopped by that same day for an x-ray and was turned away because there were no more x-rays, even though they stop doing x-rays at 4:30pm it was 11:30am. I was told to go to other affiliated offices, but they were done for the day or no x-ray tech was on site. I waited a week and arrived a little earlier. The office was full of people waiting and the line was short. I noticed they didn't have a sign up that said "no more x-rays" like they did last week. I was optimistic. I was called up and this receptionist told me with an attitude informed me that I had to wait at least 2 hours to get an x-ray. I told her I had no other choice,, i don't live nearby and that this was absurd and they should do the appointment system. She claimed to not hear me and I told her again. She said they don't do appointments with an attitude. I asked for her name several times and one of those times claimed she didn't hear me and tossed a covid19 questionnaire at me without returning my insurance card or driver's license. I was livid and stepped out to fill out the questionnaire. I went back inside and one of the tech workers came out and took my questionnaire and retrieved my insurance and DL. I don't live anywhere near the area and find it a waste of time being here when all they need to do is create an appointment system. It would run smoother and with less stress. I'm going to speak to my primary doctor and my insurance regarding this horrible place. I don't recommend them at all.
I call five times to make an appointment for bone density test but their phone always busy. It put me on hold for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes of holding, it asked you to leave your phone. They never called you back. Finally, after the fifth phone call to the Arcadia branch, the staff said this branch doesn’t provide bone density test. They wanted me to call San Gabriel or Monterey Park branch. Then I called San Gabriel branch. No one picked up the phone again then it asked you to leave call back phone number but no one called you back. Very bad service. Please don't refer any one to this medical group.
