A zero stars would be much more appropriate. Avoid this law firm at ALL costs. Zero integrity. Zero communication. Zero ability to perform their jobs. Pretty sure there is something illegal going on here as they keep money for as long as possible, and won't pay out claims that are settled. Won't return calls. Disrespectful and unprofessional behaviour. The positive reviews are likely from employees or family members. DO NOT TRUST!! These lawyers are crooks and are the bottom of the barrel.

I'm very disappointed in this firm as I have been dealing with a claim for the past 3 years. Little communication and they never let me know when I have a new lawyer and this firm ghosts me until I reach out and then I get an email stating that my lawyer is no longer with the firm. This is super frustrating to deal with.

I hired Diamond law for my ICBC Injury claim. About 5 representatives were changed who were taking care of my claim.Every time I contacted them my call was directed to someone else. Claim was opened in 2021, June 2023, I checked online , my claim is closed, I am not reimbursed for any treatments, have called them 3-4 times, sent email to all the emails I have, Noone bothered to return my call. 100% will never in even my dreams will refer this firm to anyone. No-one takes accountability. Does anyone have an idea, where to escalate other than posting reviews, they are just mentally harassing. 1 star is not applicable, there is noone option not to choose any or give them poorest rating.

They are worst worst worst law firm.I assigned my claim with Shawn Sidhu in 2018. He transferred my file another lawyer and after that transfer my file different different lawyers.i don’t know how many. Is this jock ? Very time they tell me a new story. They are not professional they are not a lawyers they are liars. I have a claim since 2018 but they are not doing settlement the even they are not give a reply and if they receive the call some time and ask about updates about my claim they said ooh actually left the lawyer or left the assistant they start from the beginning with new lawyer. I never never recommend any one please don’t waist your time with them.

They ignore my calls, they claim to need documents/statements that they already have, or have been previously provided. They do NOT resolve injury cases, they only delay and waste time to their own benefit.. AVOID these guys!

Worst lawyers ever!! If i have options to give this law firm o star ill give them 0 star very bad service they dont care about ur case highly recommend dont waste ur time with this law firm Worst lawyers ever !!!! Dhanpaul  is handling my case she’s misguided me so many things when i settle my case dont waste time time with these people they don’t pick calls they reply ur email after 4 5 weeks very bad service worst law firm

I wish i could give them 0 star, had a minor injury claim back in August 2020, its been over 2 years the claim is still not sorted, i have sent them multiple emails, phone calls and didn’t received any response. Every time i requested for an update case was assigned to a new lawyer, changed over 5 lawyers in two years. Avoid these lawyers at all costs.

Poor case management. Law firm was questionable and so were the staff. Was never the same person keeping contact. Case was lost multiple times. Wouldn’t recommend this firm, far from professionalism. Don’t let a fancy office fool you. Shawn and his ‘team’ gave me the worst experience I’ve ever had.

Very disappointed Don't waste your time Did not benefit anything

I implore anyone thinking of using this law firm to please look elsewhere. I’m shocked by the many positive reviews, and frankly question their authenticity due to how poor my experience has been. My friend and I retained Diamond and Diamond after being involved in an accident while on vacation. They were friendly, engaged and appeared informed upon signing with them, only for them to do a 180 once we had signed.  Diamond and Diamond has been completely unprofessional and incompetent at every turn. They nearly missed several important legal deadlines that would have negatively impacted our case and would have made it impossible to file. In fact, they had to outsource the work to another law firm as they were in over their heads and unable to practice in the state our accident occurred in, despite their reassurances they could.  Diamond and Diamond was still meant to deal with our ICBC case, however became completely unreachable. It was impossible to speak to our lawyer via email or telephone, and weeks would go by with numerous attempts to contact our legal team with not even the courtesy of a response. The paralegal we dealt with was rude, arrogant, incapable of clear and concise communication, and misinformed. He made even the simplest task, such as collecting basic information, to be painful and time consuming. The paralegal also misled us and claimed to be “essentially” a lawyer while speaking to us, which turned out to not be the case.  We were consistently shocked by the level of unprofessionalism displayed by Diamond and Diamond, and how little they cared about us as clients or keeping us informed on our own case. We had to pay thousands of dollars out of pocket for physio costs as Diamond and Diamond neglected to follow up with ICBC on our behalf for extending our coverage. We have never been reimbursed this money, and Diamond and Diamond has ignored all of our attempts to get answers about this. Moreover, our lawyers have changed so many times it has been impossible to keep track of who our lawyer even is.  Overall we have had a terrible experience with Diamond and Diamond, and I would never recommend anyone use or trust this law firm.
