About a month and half ago I had an issue with my car regarding when it was detailed and I wasn’t satisfied with the service I paid. About a couple weeks later I received a phone call from the owner Tim he asked me what was wrong and I explained it to him and right away he was like bring your car back to me as he was unaware of the issues that occurred. And I do wanna add the issues were minor that i had with my car. So finally I dropped it off yesterday and all I have to say is wow!! My Jeep Grand Cherokee looks like it came right out of the factory brand new. Another reason why I’m writing this is so people who are reading these reviews debating to have diamond detailers do the service or another shop, trust me take your car and have diamond perform the work and you will not be unsatisfied now some of you might say after reading this well I was unsatisfied and  ur right but here’s the difference, this is a shop who truly cares about satisfying their customers 100 percent. Just the fact Tim who seems like a great guy and a great owner reached out to me not once but multiple times to correct the issue and that itself is worth the 249 dollars I spent to get my car cleaned. If you have any questions ever reach out and ask for Tim.  He’s got my business going forward and I’ve already told my friends and family to take it to diamond detailers as well. Oops I also do wanna add Melissa who I believe is the manager is also very nice and will actually take care of the issues you have if any. Outstanding customer service. They do a fantastic job. I have used them about 6 times. I have tried a couple other places that charge less and always came back to Diamond.

I have to say I was Greatly impressed after getting my SUV detailed at Diamond.  Nelissa, the GM was super helpful with picking out what services I needed. My SUV looked showroom shiny, the surface of the vehicle has never been that smooth. All the nooks and small spaces were spotless, no one would believe that 3 dogs travel in this SUV. I have to say, getting dog smell out is never easy, and it smells fantastic now. I would happily recommend them to my friends.

Nothing but a great experience doing business with Diamond Detailing. Not only did I purchase a vehicle from them but their immaculate detailing services certainly showed when it was presented to me.very convenient location with a tint and carwash attached. Best place to get your car detailed. If you had any hesitation to use them, let this be a sign to go ahead and go for it. Bring it in kinda dirty or FILTHY and you are guaranteed to love the end result! Tim, the owner has been in the business for over 20 years and has amazing experience. Diamond Detailing does an amazing job! Got my car detailed, looks better than it did when it was new. They got into every nook and cranny, got out every last crumb dropped by my kids, all the beach sand, cleaned up spills. Definitely recommend them if you want your car to look better than ever!
