What a pleasurable experience! After listening to what I was looking for, they quickly produced exactly that for a great price. I received the piece the morning after I paid and Absolutely love it. I am a second generation customer and the Afshar family makes me look forward to our next purchase.
I absolutely love this company and cannot recommend them enough. It’s a wonderful family business and I work directly with Amir who is phenomenal. They have extremely high quality jewelry but even better customer service - truly unbelievable. I’ve purchased two pieces from them and could not be happier. I will be a lifetime customer.
This is the only place to go for your jewelry needs! Sure they have unbeatable prices, but the craftsmanship and trustworthiness is unmatched. I started there with an engagement ring and have been back every Christmas. It’s a scary and uncomfortable process for a young guy looking to make a big purchase. They make it so easy. I’ve sent everyone in my family there as well. Go here so you don’t have to wonder whether the diamond you purchased is the same one that’s on your ring. It’s such a big purchase and you want to be able to sleep at night. These are people you can trust, unlike others.
As I am walking through the Palm Beach Jewelry Show, I passed by the most exquisite jewelry belonging to Diamond Scene. Incredible pieces I fell in love with a large diamond necklace with a great price, lovely family and incredible prices. I couldn't have been happier to find out they're based in my hometown of NYC in the Diamond District. I'll definitely visit when heading back north after the show.
Excellent customer service-they treat you like family. My husband had Diamond Scene create my engagement ring here and since then, we've purchased all our diamond jewelry from them because of their great customer service and quality.
I went there to buy an engagement ring, I paid good money to buy GIA certified stone, it was written in the receipt that it is a GIA certified stone. When I went to pick it up, the day before I needed the ring, they gave me GAI certified and not GIA certified stone which is garbage and worth nothing! I think it is a fraud! Do not go there!
Knowledgeable, very nice owners and staff , beautiful high end pieces at very fair prices . Will continue to purchase jewelry there .
Can not say enough good things about this business. Beautiful designs, excellent prices. They have a huuuuge inventory. Very honest people, have worked with them for years and sent everyone I know.
These people are fraud. I had the stones that I purchased from them appraised and are, by far, not the quality I asked and payed for. Thieves!
