They were nice and helpful. However, I needed one small bolt to finish a project. He brought to the counter and it’s $1. BUT, since they have a $5 minimum I had to buy 4 more that I’ll never need. Yes it was only $5 so no big deal but that’s the first time I had to spend a minimum or nothing at all.

Caution to anyone that’s looking for assistance not related to an immediate purchase.” A loyal customer that may need referrals”….. these are people that have the nerve to ask if you’ve ever heard of the internet? If you enjoy hang ups ,arrogance ,and indignation , …. Give them a ring . Keep in mind , they really don’t need your business…..save yourself the disappointment . Try the “internet” first ,……
