Oren is the best - he saves you money and finds exactly what you need by shipping in direct and not charging you for the storage time that would be needed to hold all inventory on hand. I mean he also has inventory its just this is an option as well. And it made my experience amazing!! Also - then my lady wanted the setting changed and the team here swapped the setting out for us without skipping a beat. Fabulous experience. 10 out of 5 stars. Thx!
I found Diamond Vault by simply going through Google reviews and boy did they not disappoint!!! I had my original wedding ring re-done with a new stone. I never felt like we weren't important because we didn't have a high budget. Oren took way longer with us to speak through different design ideas to keep costs as low as possible. Just the time he took with us, we should have paid way more! He's incredibly knowledgable & was so patient with walking us through the process. His team was also such a delight, we felt part of the family! And my ring is breathtaking! I look forward to the Diamond Vault being our go-to and cannot recommend them enough!!!

Had a great experience there. Got a cute little piece for a good price. I went in planning on spending thousands but found something I really liked that was affordable. So they have options. No pressure on the sales. They will just guide you as long as you want and money really never came up, it was just finding the right piece.
Buying our Bridal Sets at The Diamond Vault was 100% hands down the best decision we ever made. Oren, Stephanie, Theresa & Peter were ALL absolutely amazing to work with. They were extremely honest and patient with the tons of questions we had. They made us feel at home every time we came in and collectively worked with us, regardless of who initially helped us. I loved that Oren kept in touch via text/phone and gave us updates as the rings were being made. This truly was the very best experience we had ever had at any jeweler! AND, the quality of the diamonds were night and day compared to many o the big chain stores that we saw before finding The Diamond Vault. 100% hands down top quality diamonds and staff! Everyone at diamond vault is personable and friendly. They are knowledgeable and don't try to sell you the most expensive product that they have available. They care about what you want, and help guide you to what looks best with the idea you came in with.
I should have left this review sooner as we have been going to the Diamond Vault for the past year. I want to start with my fiancé's ring. This ring belonged to his grandfather married in the 1950's resized for our wedding. The ring required being sized down 2 sizes, with an intricate design and multiple metals involved. When I brought this to the Diamond Vault, Oran spelling? helped me out, getting our a protractor and calculator important details because this guys is SMART and let me know the complexities. I left the ring there thinking it would take weeks and WITHIN DAYS was called back. The ring is stunning. Not only can you not see any blemish to the design, but it was cleaned up looking sparkly and new. They also cleaned up the sharp edges from wear and made it more comfortable. We were so pleased. The best part: AMAZING PRICES! I have since taken my own ring to be resized and when my solitaire gets loose, the Diamond Vault always spruces it up and has it ready within a day. They are our favorite jewelers and they will be yours too.
Love this place they did outstanding quality work on my wife's dimond ring. Very professional and reasonably priced. This is the only place I trust to have my jewelry repaired in Phoenix.
Such a fabulous experience working with The Diamond Vault. Having Stephanie helping from the onset amd completing everything with Oren just made it all feel like the prefect place to get the final engagement I will ever need. I was able to find perfect ring setting for my mom's diamond off her ring. I went to multiple places as this ring situation had to be exceptionally handled. I've been married 25 years. 10+ years ago I lost the center stone in my wedding ring. We bought a new set from a local chain jeweler..enough said. Found the Diamond Vault by luck on a Google search. The site is super user friendly I know I was looking for at least a year and comparing to other sites. When I called the were informative and kind. No high-pressure. Had my 25th anniversary solitaire made here. Received it today and it's stunning. Oren thank you. You and your company exceeded my expectations. Thank you
