I definitely recommend this car wash! I live in Prairie Grove and have tried every car wash around and none of them make my car look as great as this car wash does. Other car washes say they use the ceramic car coating but it doesn’t make my car look this good and the coats wash off quick. Every time I come to the Rogers/Bentonville area I come here and get the ceramic option. I forgot the name of it but it’s $27. It makes my car look fantastic for at least 2 weeks! I tested it out during the heavy pollen days in spring. Other cars was coated in pollen but mine wasn’t. It just blew off in the wind! I keep hoping they come south because I’m tired of wasting money on these other washes that just show the imperfections in the detail of my car and really shows the little scratches I’ve received going through these other washes. If you’re in the area and need a wash go here! You won’t be disappointed! If you live in the area I’d spend the little extra money and do their monthly membership instead of going to the cheaper ones. I’m hoping since you’re expanding you’d think about the Prairie Grove area! There isn’t an automatic car wash here or Lincoln! Just sayin!

Reducing my rating. From below.  Just paid for the platinum wash with tire dressing. This is what they chose to put tire dressing over.  Prior review: 4 stars and: Good wash but expensive. Wish the hand drying was more thorough but otherwise, the staff do a great job.

So I do like this car wash because it is right by my house. We have a monthly wash pass.  The employees are always very kind and doing their job. I love the fact that they provide damp cleaning towels for people to use inside of your car before you pull In the wash and then are to be returned when you exit. I do have one problem. I have noticed the past 2 times I've gone. I get home and start looking at my car and realize that all over certain areas of my car like lights and windows sometimes their is a coating of little tiny white spots of some sort of substance and it doesn't just wipe off with your touch. I have to like scrub it off and then ruin my lights with scratches from a rough textured scrub to get it off. I don't know what it is, but it clearly comes from the wash. I intend on returning to the carwash and showing the manager the next time it happens. Other than that , it's a great car wash, and I love it.

Great for a quick wash. I would recommend a hand wash somewhere else if your car is on the dirtier side. This doesn't seem to get all the little nooks, but it's great for a weekly or bi-weekly wash. Vacuum have great suction, and its nice that they are shaded.

As a member we can have our vehicle washed and cleaned everyday for a set membership each month. Friendly and courteous staff are there to assist you with any questions. Diamond Car Wash is a very wise choice to get your vehicle clean

Love going to this car wash! Customer service is always great! Someone is always waving hi as you drive up. They do a great job spraying down the car before you go into the car wash. The kids love all the colors they have going through there! The dryers do an awesome job at the end plus once you pull out there’s someone out waiting to dry it more and get your rims and tires! The vacuums are awesome! Super loud but wow best vacuums I’ve used!

The only car wash I will use in NWA!! I appreciate the care and kindness the staff expressed to me when I accidentally vacuumed up a personal item; the staff went above and beyond to retrieve the item for me!!

I come here all the time! My car comes out super clean, and they spot wash before and then towel dry after you go through the car wash. Great vacuums, and they provide cleaning spray and extra towels if you are cleaning the interior as well or want to make sure everything is wiped down. Customer service is wonderful there too!

Good general carwash. Does not do well on my pickup truck. It misses alot, like the back window and half the bed topper.   It is expensive and, altho I have a monthly pass, I no longer travel in the vicinity to make the pass cost effective. That's just my situation. The dry team usually does a good job and that service is an added benefit. They cannot dry the back window so it spots on top of not being cleaned. Vacuums are powerful and do a very good job. If I was closer it would be easier for me to visit more often. Granted.
