If your in pipeline and have to up and leave at no notice do not stay here. They are rip off artist find another place. They have no compassion for anybody they are all about stealing money.

Enjoyed my stay very much. Staff was kind and courteous. If I need to stay in Odessa again I will likely be back.

I help with the ground maintenance, mowing, weed eating. Good people friendly, neighborly, residents look out for each other. They have on site propane tank for refilling bottles, water, trash bins, septic. Owners are good people and helpful.

The owners are hard working people who will take care of all your RV wants and needs. This a family oriented place that you can feel safe to call your home.

The park it's good it self its just the pump jack next to it stinks really bad we had to move out couldn't handle it we were getting bad headaches
