I called the store to see if they had cross  shape post earrings for my granddaughters Holy Communion. Unfortunately I was told that they had none in stock. I was told they can order what I want n have it sent that same week if in stock so I took a ride up to Rutland. Although the gentleman I spoke with was helping another customer when I arrived he had everything ready up on the computer screen for me to look at. The woman who help me was great. After looking at many options available I made my choice. Service was terrific. My purchase was ordered n ARRIVED the NEXT DAY. The earrings were exactly what I was looking for. My granddaughter is going to love them.

Very happy with purchase and so is the fiance. No bs,  no up selling, had exactly what i was looking for. In and out in minutes, sized and ready by noon the next day. Great over all experience!!

My daughter had a wonderful experience at Diamonds and More getting her ears pierced for the first time. The staff were extremely friendly and professional, the price was fair, and my daughter loved the little details, like the special bag for her cleaning solution, and the princess certificate.

My fiancé and I came in after work to pick out wedding bands and they were patient and very helpful through the whole experience.  Great service and selection!

I brought a ring in to be repaired and it came out perfectly! The price was reasonable and the repair was done very quickly. The staff is friendly and welcoming- definitely recommend!

The store is nicely lit and all of the jewelry is beautifully displayed. I was greeted warmly with smiles, and immediately felt comfortable. Sally was delightful and the store had a variety of items  I thought were just perfect. My husband is “surprising me” with one of those items and I know he was more than satisfied with his purchase!
