Cloth diapering can be intimidating at first. Isn't it messy? How do you wash them? Won't they leak? etc.. But with Diaper Lab by our side, it was an easy and supportive experience. We signed up for the Diaper Service, so they picked up a dirty bag and dropped off a clean one twice a week, which was a life saver. They were also incredibly responsive if we had an issue not sure how to fasten diapers correctly as zombified new parents, baby sizing up and not fitting in current diapers anymore and would always give us a prompt response and new materials that were perfect. We even got a personal tutorial to help train us at the beginning when we were confused and frustrated and couldn't figure things out. In short, Diaper Lab's diaper service was one of the best investments we made for our baby. We got through 20 months with no diaper rash! Ever! Highly, highly recommend this company. They are professionals and they really know their stuff.

We got our own cloth diapers for our now 9 year old from DL and now we’re using their delivery service for our second. Love the delivery service - it’s great and simple to do! Also their shop is great too for other baby essentials. Such friendly and helpful staff.
Diaper Lab was a truly essential business to me as I navigated my first pregnancy and postpartum period during the start of the pandemic. I have purchased almost everything I have needed for my child from the shop. All of the brands and items Diaper Lab carries are well curated and high quality. I also trust the experienced staff and their opinions on products. Their postpartum parents group is also a wonderful source of support. How lucky we are to have a Diaper Lab in Metro Boston!!! I absolutely love this business.
After doing a ton of research on my own about cloth diapers for my 1st baby due this summer, and feeling a bit overwhelmed, I stopped in the store today to look at what they had to offer in person to help me make an informed decision. The associate working was quite condescending and talked down to me as though I didn't know anything. She kept pushing the need to go to the cloth diaper workshop, despite me telling her numerous times I was unavailable when they were offered. She curtly mentioned supporting small businesses which I said I wanted to do but in a way that made it seem like I would be a terrible person if I didn't. When I began to ask some specific questions about the diapers, she steamrolled over me, made me feel that my method of researching diapers was wrong, went on and on about her view of the "right way" to approach cloth diapers and that my questions were stupid. Not once was private consultation mentioned as an option listed on the website, never asked me what mattered to me about cloth diapers I was looking for, or anything about what I already knew. I stopped asking questions, kept to myself and was uncomfortable the entire time I was in the store. This store has a great selection of product, but the way I felt treated today, I'm not sure I'd ever want to shop there now.
We decided to cloth diaper, and had a wonderful experience at Diaper Lab. My husband, stepson and I all took the cloth diapering class, which was full of valuable advice for choosing what would work for us to caring for our diapers. We also did the newborn rental, which was a really perfect option. The price was ideal, and the diapers were in excellent condition. I purchased all of our diapers from Diaper Lab, taking advantage of their great stock of new diapers as well as their excellent supply of second hand. I recommend them to everyone!
We started with cloth diapers right after birth and are so happy with the Diaper Lab Service. It works great for us and we truly appreciate the help with washing diapers. We live in a big condominium with a shared laundry room, so washing diapers ourself wouldn‘t work in our case. Also the and dropoff always works perfectly!
Diaper Lab has been an invaluable resource for me while raising two children in Cambridge. They were incredibly helpful and patient with every question I had as a sleep deprived new parent and then an even more sleep deprived parent of two with all of my questions about cloth diapering. They stock high-quality gear and had what I needed for my journey of feeding, diapering and carrying my little ones. Their class on baby wearing marked a huge shift for me being comfortable and confident wearing my children, which is something I'll always treasure. They are not only a great resource for cloth diapering advice and supplies, they also have great gifts for new parents, new babies, toddlers and preschoolers! Finally, as a queer parent I always felt welcome and completely comfortable in their store, which should be a given in our area but unfortunately isn't always the reality.
The staff at diaper lab is very knowledgeable about cloth diapering. I participated in the cloth diaper workshop and purchased their diapers in person and online. While at the store, I got help when I needed it. My online experience was also great, my order came within 2 days. Cloth diapering has been a great experience for my family. Thank you!
Diaper lab is an amazing resource for anyone considering cloth diapering. The cloth diaper class was extremely helpful for understanding all the options available and how to prevent the problems that can turn people away from using cloth. The newborn rental was a great option and gave us time to figure out what styles would work best for us before making a purchase. The staff at diaper lab are incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about the products they sell- I have never experienced better customer service! I reached out to them over my baby’s first year as problems came up and they went above and beyond to help me find the best solutions. I used to live close by but have moved away and have continued to shop through their online store. While the website can be a little difficult to navigate a call or email to the store will get you exactly what you need- and with super fast shipping too! Thank you diaper lab!
